Bellissima la chiesa di Galatina dei SS Pietro e Paolo in stile Barocco del 1633 è la chiesa madre di Galatina. Venne danneggiata nel terremoto del 1743 e subì delle variazioni strutturali in seguito a rifacimenti. Questa chiesa è composta da 3 navate. Visitatela assolutamente. Siamo in piazza San Pietro nel pieno centro storico di Galatina dove padroneggia questa stupenda chiesa a tre navate con bellissimi affreschi dipinti e sculture. Vi ritroverete immersi nell'arte dovunque voi guardiate. Splendida anche la facciata in stile baracco che caratterizza gran parte della cultura religiosa della provincia di Lecce. Se siete a Galatina vi consiglio di entrare per ammirare questo capolavoro artistico. Dark and impressive not so showy as others, quite massive. We've loved visit this church yesterday.
