While the tall trees provide much-needed shade and a nice atmosphere, this campground is overpriced for what it offers. The toilets don’t have a proper flushing system and there’s no toilet paper, which is disappointing 🚫🧻 The showers also lack privacy — it’s easy for someone to peek in — and although they don’t require tokens, hot water is only available at specific times of the day 🚿🕒 As for the beach… it’s sadly pretty underwhelming. Campsite at the sea is lovely, stimulates your ‘pirate-feelings’, hosting is super friendly, no hot water for your dishes is unheard of. Campstore only open at 10/6 is a lack of hospitality for Nord-Europeans Staying at the campsite. On arrival all looks OK, good sanitary, beach ok, pitches bit random. A road separates campervan area from the main site - lot of noise from the road, racing screaming motorbikes. As soon as that calmed down a large music venue with a big crowd started with loud, bad rock which ended at 01.30am. At 0600am, road noise stated. Site staff not interested - should have warned about the overnight music. Avoid The place for the perfect mix of relax and fun. Can choose to stay all the time in the camping, has everything that on vacation you could ever need, with a very good quality. But if you want to enjoy night life or simply have a look to the Apulia coasts or being immerse in traditional small shops, Gallipoli is 9 minutes far by car and perfect to enjoy your free time!! Of course from Gallipoli you can access to rounds of the coast with the boats, having drinks and food and nightly bath in the sea ... Magic place Only two stars camping. No sandy beach (like official pictures). Only 3 ampere power, means you can NOT heat any waterpott for coffee. But you will have sunset into the mare. Think that in 35 years of camping we never have had such a beautiful spot. Almost right at the sea. Very friendly staff, clean (new) shower and toilet building. The campsite closed (beginning of October) otherwise we would have stayed longer. Supermercado within 2km and lovely Gallipoli within 3km. Don't chose this camping if you expect to get toilet seats, because they 'forgot' to install them. On the face of it, the camping looks nice. But once you're checked in you discover there is limitied hot water for the showers and the toilets aren't clean. The only positive point was the friendly staff. For 59€ a night you expect to see a clean sanitary block. Too expensive for what you get.
