Nice spa within the Adriatik hotel. Would I say it’s 5 stars? Not even close. The people who work here are very nice and it’s easy to make an appointment if you do it in advance. The price is also not bad for what you get. The indoor pool is very lovely and I unfortunately didn’t check out the sauna, so I can’t comment on that. I thought the was way too relaxed with no pressure at all. I also don’t like when they take the oil and scrub and then start giving you a scalp massage, leaving your hair covered in body scrub. I also thought the eye contour was a giant waste of money. It is a procedure you can do yourself at home. All they do is rub some eye creams on you, give you pads for 10 minutes, and put you under a blue light for 10 minutes. The woman also kept coming in and out during both my treatments and at one point I felt exposed and naked for the world to see. Overall, having been to many spas around the world, this is not one that I will ever come back to. Janis was wonderful and did a job with the bacj therapeutic i feel like new person. I would definitely recommend. Stayed overnight with a friend in the and treated ourselves to a 60 minute on the morning. It was wonderful. We went to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and I messaged the business via WhatsApp to check availability and ask if they could do something small to make the day special. To my surprise, they went above and beyond. They decorated the treatment room with beautiful petals, surprised her with a personalized cake, and even prepared two delicious cocktails — all without me having to ask twice. I was genuinely blown away by their kindness and attention to detail. They even included a few complimentary add-ons to our treatments and treated us with the utmost care and professionalism throughout. I used the cosmetology service, they suited me. It was also to wish for a scrub and a hamam at once for two. Then relax and get a in the room. Lady at the reception doesn’t speak English too well, so its hard to communicate with her. Being a guest I was asked to pay 15eur/hour/per person for sauna. I had to wait for it to warm up - it was about 25-30min for it to reach a decent temperature - not only on the thermometer (which catches the temp quicker, but also for it to be actually felt inside). Then, after my second session, I got out and before I could make a step into the shower - which is literally on the other side of the same wall as and 1.5 step away from it, receptionist put her phone in front of my face where google translator said: “no nudity allowed”. I was so disoriented. Just got out of the hot sauna, made one step towards the shower and was attacked with this hard to understand attitude. I mean I asked fully puzzled: “am I not allowed to be naked in sauna?”. And she responded with something unclear, the way I understood it: outside of sauna? But it was one step to the shower and Im of course all sweaty, so why would I cover everything just for 3 seconds? there’s literally noone else but me at this facility atm. Which is quite insane. It made me feel sexualized, attacked and vulnerable, as if I was flashing for purpose, while all I tried to do was to use and relax. It’s a complete lack of timing, and empathy and clearly professionalism. There were so many other ways to approach me and talk to me About it - perhaps when I was chilling at my sunbed - fully covered in towel, after the first session. It truly ruines the experience, which anyways feels begrudgingly. Overall a relaxing time, especially thanks to the masseuse Jenna who was very professional. Today my family and I visited the spa center. The is responsive and attentive to guests. We really liked it, it is clean, beautiful and atmospheric. The place was very good. It had a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere and the service was good. The price was affordable and reasonable. The workers were really kind. Amazing service, loved every bit of the experience. The Janis was so lovely, and so warm. We also had nice cocktails. The was on point. We used the 4hours SPA use package. Had such a nice for the second time there. The restaurant and the was nice and clean.
