It’s such a nature filled place. ✏️ water was still cold (July 2024) ✏️make sure use hiking shoes, it’s better for safety ✏️pack your swim wear ✏️ it’s a good picnic spot ✏️it’s free to enter (atleast when I went there) within a short drive from Tirana. You’ll get amazing views of Tirana as your drive up Mount Dajti and then crossing to the backside will give you a nice look at the mountains. The all the way to the trailhead is pretty well paid - with the exception of a handful of spots. There’s a nice little gravel parking area at the beginning of the trail, and the has markings the whole way up to the falls. It’s an overall pretty easy with one slightly steep spot. Sama trasa dojazdu z Tirany jest przepiękna! Bardzo kręta, raz z górki raz pod górkę, caly czas bardzo dobry asfalt ale co najważniejsze widoki obłędne! Ja jestem oczarowana! Później 20 min trekkingu pod górkę i jesteśmy ;) byliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci więc dla nich taka "wyprawa" była idealna. Jedyne co, to byłam bardzo zdziwiona że nie spotkaliśmy tam kompletnie nikogo a byliśmy w 2 połowie września więc pogoda jescze super! Very nice place not overcrowded. I would make bbq there. My mom was a bit nervous since we had been alone, and she was worried that wild animals might appear (especially since three dogs had chased my car the day before!).
