Place stinks of kids' sweaty feet but it's clear that it is kept clean so it's not their fault, just a necessary evil for a place catering for Sittingbourne children. On the whole, it's a pretty decent soft with a large space, and the price is very reasonable. The staff are always and helpful. The toilets are DISGUSTING. The hand dryer in the baby change doesn't work, and the hand dryer in the gents loo's is beyond filthy. Mould infested and clearly never cleaned. The cleanliness of the toilets is generally a good indicator of the general cleanliness around any business. This is absolutely rancid. Kids love it. I love the kids leaving me alone. We had a very welcome and I really felt like we got value for money with both entry and for food. I just wish it was closer to home, I'd save a small fortune if this was my local soft play. The soft part itself isn't bad, but the rest of the place needs updating, badly. The smell of rancid oil in the whole bulding is awful and we always leave smelling like it. The fabric chairs are so stained and disgusting, need to be swapped for something like plastic for hygiene, not only are they old but doesn't look like they've ever been cleaned. Same for the carpet. Coffee is awful as others have mentioned, a new decent coffee pod machine doesn't have to cost much either. We come random days of the week and it's always very quiet, just a few updates and I'm sure you'd make the investment back with more people visiting. Has potential to be much better, the hygiene is just lacking. We found this little soft centre and honestly, it’s an absolute steal. For just £6.50, my two-year-old had unlimited time, sausage and chips, and the best day ever. Where else can you get that kind of deal? The place was really clean—way cleaner than I expected for somewhere packed with toddlers charging around. The staff were incredibly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming, like you were visiting family (but without the awkward questions). It’s definitely got that lovely family-run vibe. The equipment was great, with plenty of slides, climbing frames, and tunnels to keep the kids busy. My toddler ran themselves silly, while I sat back for a moment to enjoy some well-earned quiet. And did I mention the sausage and chips? Hot, fresh, and included in the price as part of their meal deal. I actually questioned the price given, thinking they hadn’t heard me say yes when the deal was offered. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, fun, and well-kept, this is it. I couldn’t be more grateful to the staff. They were so and helpful. They provided all the food, bags and decorated the table with a table cloth and balloons. Such a good deal! Attended a here with my sons (10 and 2) Both had a amazing time, plenty for them to do and they really enjoyed themselves, food was good, toilets clean, would use for our own parties in future. Had a booked at merry go round tonight, though no fault of merry go rounds the traffic around the area was at a standstill and many people couldn’t reach the and were arriving close to the finishing time. Merry go round provided a great service throughout even with the children turning up at different points through out and they very kindly let us stay an extra 30 minutes so the children still had a chance to and enjoy the party.
