Came here for a spa day. Reception and Spa staff, found them all a bit hit and miss, some were nice, others were not. Spa facilities, are pretty good. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, two (one was out of order), two monsoon showers (with three settings, sunny day with birds, tropical thunderstorm, and cold. A fun experience!), two relaxation (one upstairs two sofas and small seating area, and the other is downstairs by the pool, just a few chairs), four heated loungers, two foot spas (hot and cold settings), tanning machine and an ice fountain. Do have to bring your own towels, but they provide you with robes? Overall, spa were nice, and they had a swim suit dryer in the changing room, no bags thou. However, toilets, shower and changing rooms. God, they need help. Need a deep clean, they look new, but I skipped showering here. I will be coming back, I’ll just shower at home. The gym is upstairs so you get a few loud bangs every now and then. Gym does look pretty neat and clean. Food, was basic, I wasn’t expecting much so that was okay. Had a day pass to use Reynolds. It was a relaxing few hours. The gym was quite quiet and I managed to use the equipment for 90 minutes. The spa was busy, and at times had to wait to get in the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna etc but used everything in the end. This is treatments review only. I booked 1h45m of treatments but got only 1h25m. The was way too delicate, scalp and decolette is actually only scalp (she never touched my neckline...), foot felt like nothing. Won't be booking again, waste of time and money. We had a day at Reynolds on the 17th. Beautiful followed by a relaxing time by the pool, popping in and out of both the room and sauna, finishing off with a cream tea and coffee. Would recommend people. I recently visited this spa, and the was absolutely gorgeous! Swimming in it felt amazing, especially with the stunning goddess painting on the ceiling. it really added to the atmosphere. One thing to note, though, was that the jacuzzi was connected to the pool, so they were the same temperature, which was a bit unexpected. The showers were unique, with bird sounds and mist that made me feel like I was in a jungle, that was such a cool touch! The poolside was super relaxing, but I did find the showers a bit loud while trying to unwind. The heated stone beds were lovely, really hot but oh-so-relaxing, and the foot spa was too, though only one was working. I had an amazing and my masseuse was and applied just the right amount of pressure, leaving me feeling really relaxed. The cream tea afterward was a delightful treat and quite filling! The gym was decent, but the weights were a bit confusing, and the vintage machines added a touch. They were in good condition, though! Overall, I'd definitely go back for another spa day. The receptionists were friendly and showed us around in the morning, but it was a bit awkward when me and my mum left. Had a spa day booked for me and my siblings for my birthday brought by my brother, this is my first ever spa also, the service was as we entered and filled out the small forms before proceeding with a short tour, the therapists emmy and anne were really kind and professional and helped me feel calm as i suffer with bad anxiety, the treatments were thorough and pleasant highly recommend the sleep and facial, I found the and whirlpool to be very calming and pretty to look at also, i enjoyed the tea and scones included in the package alot they were very fresh and delicious, ide love to see a wider menu be introduced to this place and a restraunt to be added but other than that i really enjoyed my day and will return soon thank you Had a spa for the price. The spa is quite basic with only one and 3 rooms. was basic too. It's a great place for a quick catch up. They provide one towel, a robe and fabric slippers. The cream tea is a hot drink, scones, cream and jam. Wow, what a great experience! The was super helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, one of the members wasn’t feeling well, so one of us didn’t get a massage. But the manager handled the situation really well and we ended up leaving happy anyway. The were also top-notch! I first joined Reynolds almost 2yrs ago. It’s very close to my new home, the website is beautiful and my tour made me want to sign up to use the gym and spa afterwards. I very much enjoyed it and even took my best friend when she visited from the states March 2024. Very happy & felt it was worth the £81 a month fee. However, after around a year I started to notice more and more parts of the spa & the gym were ‘out of order’ on my visits (footspa area, rainforest showers, room etc) Then they had a refurbishment in the gym upstairs which meant that extremely loud fitness classes were conducted in the middle of the once peaceful section I loved. Some of my favourite machines were removed permanently and this meant that a lot of my workouts were no longer doable here. The and spa which I once loved for its serene birdsong & gentle water sounds was now filled with loud men swearing & flirting/chatting with girls in the whirlpool areas, people answering their phones & groups of people gathered in the meaning I could no longer even have a swim. At Christmas my monthly fee had a price hike to £90 a month (!) and I decided that it was no longer worth this and I cancelled my membership. Reynolds you need to give this whole gym a lick of paint, replace a lot of the furnishings, give the women more than TWO changing (no, most women don’t enjoy communal spaces when getting undressed) and a toilet bigger than a single bed (where your elbows don’t touch the walls as you wipe!). I’m sure the treatment areas are but as I work in hairdressing/beauty I never needed to use them. Probably very impressive as a day spa etc but as a gym it’s not for me anymore and a lot of locals I’ve spoken with. Sorry! We had a great day at Bexley Raynolds spa. It's a place and the are really and helpful. We had back and facial and it was lovely. We tried the swimming pool, sauna, and the gym. The spa is clean, but you can see in couple of places it needs DIY. One of the foot bath did not work and the jacuzzi isn't quite like a jaccuzi, but it didn't spoil our experience. Spent hundreds of pounds on the most underwhelming spa day. Terribly run down and unhygienic, small and I felt embarrassed taking my partner there for his birthday. We were even forgotten about and not served our food, I had to go to reception in slippers and a robe to literally ask, mortified. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the were friendly and even though my facial was mediocre; the full body was good. My advice? You can get a lot better value for money elsewhere Took my daughter for us to have a much-needed relaxing spa day. Everywhere felt grubby, with no sign of deep cleaning done in a long while. Toilet (only one) in the changing was unpleasant, and very small. Cream tea was fine, my daughter's treatments were fine, but mine left a lot to be desired - I had booked a scalp and decolletage massage, but the latter never happened, and my back, neck and shoulder omitted the neck and shoulders. Nowhere to lie flat. No simple loungers by the or in either "relaxation" space, and the heated loungers were too hot. Sauna and were fine, but the noise from the "shower experience" was too much, not helping with relaxation. Definitely won't be back, definitely not worth what I paid. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Reynolds spa in Bexley and I must say, it was an exceptional from start to finish. The ambiance of the spa is incredibly calming and has a beautifully designed interior that immediately puts you at ease. The were professional and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my visit was perfect. I opted for the trio package which involved a mini back massage, facial and scalp massage. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist Ceren, was very skilled and took the time to understand my needs, providing a personalised that left me feeling rejuvenated. The were clean and well-maintained areas for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the multiple and sauna! I highly recommend Reynolds spa Bexley to anyone looking for a tranquil escape and high-quality treatments. I will definitely be returning for another visit! Had the most relaxing spa day here. Very welcoming and friendly staff! Lunch and afternoon tea was all delicious. Happy with cleanliness and all facilities. Only one thing would have been great if there was a jacuzzi, otherwise it’s a place to visit and good value for money! Will be visiting again :) I had an amazing at Reynolds, especially with my therapist, Ceren. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Ceren’s skill and attention to detail during my were incredible—she tailored the session perfectly to address my tension points. I left feeling completely relaxed 👍🏼 My boyfriend booked a spa day for me with 3 mini treats. The treatments were amazing and Sofie was absolutely polite and sweet. The were absolutely amazing, this will be one of the reasons why I will go here again. However, when I booked in the reception lady was not very pleasant and friendly, I felt a bit uncomfortable and my robes were not given to me until after my treatments. In fact I had to ask for them. And lastly, this was soooo disappointing I received a cream tea in my package however the coffee honestly tasted sooo bad not like coffee but like sewage water and the scones a hugggee no. This ruined my experience, I was gjven reheated or burnt scones (extremely hard and burnt instead) please see pic below.
