You can’t have food and drink, but you can buy it. large space with every service. the cleaning needs to be improved a little and the music in the family environment needs to be different from other environments. It seems very unfair to me that the price of children is measured by height and not by age. It seems unfair to me as a parent to pay for my 11-year-old child as well. Solid 4. Needs some urgent maintenance. The view is great. The seats and parasols are superb. The snack bar and restaurant are ok. All the staff are very friendly, they even come to you asking if everything is in order. Could easily get 5 stars if they do some maintenance here and there. We bought tickets which wrote VIP in them and asked a staff member about the difference from the normal tickets and she told us we have extra access to the VIP area which was a completely separate area with its own so we went there. Very few to no people came at that area during the first half of the day so we had the whole to ourselves. Later a security guy came to let us know that the tickets that we had were actually normal tickets and the actual VIP ones wrote V.I.P in them 🤣 However he did not tell us to leave which was very kind so we got lucky and spent the rest of the day there. The area was very clean and chill and the drink prices were just a little above the normal prices. The aqua park area was fun and overall we had a great time. If you want to have a more chill and clean experience (there’s a lot of kids in the below areas) the V.I.P tickets are worth it. Ah, Equos Resort—where you can enjoy a day by the with a refreshing lack of healthy food options and a generous sprinkle of questionable cleanliness at the fair price of 1’500 lek. Let’s start with the pools. They were actually quite nice, with enough variety to suit anyone’s taste and water slides, a wave pool, a kids pool, an “adult” and a VIP one (that i didn’t see but i guess that is the point). But that’s where the praise ends. You see, they have a strict no outside food policy, which might lead you to believe they have an expansive and diverse menu to keep you satisfied. Oh, how naive! Instead, you’re treated to a gourmet selection of four or five types of pizza, hamburgers, and hotdogs. Just what everyone dreams of while lounging by the pool, right? Nothing says “relaxation” like a carb-heavy, greasy meal that leaves you wondering when your next green vegetable will appear. Spoiler alert: it won’t. And while we're on the topic of health—how about keeping the place a bit cleaner? It’s almost like the management thought the sun would sanitize everything by itself. The staff? Mostly a crew of teenagers, bless them. They were polite and did their best, but expecting them to run the show with the finesse of seasoned professionals? That’s a bit of a stretch. They did what they could, but let’s face it—youthful energy only goes so far when it comes to managing. Now, credit where credit’s due: the music wasn’t blasting in your ears all day. It was only turned up when the DJ was on, and the DJ—poor guy—was spinning some great tracks from the 2000s, but alas, the crowd was way too young to know them… Equos, How about keeping up to the standards you set yourself? I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I feel that on this occasion I need to share my experience. This place is Not for families with children. At the entrance we were stopped by a big Security guy saying that No drinks or food are allowed…. Our food was a small sandwich for my younger daughter with special diet. We threw the sandwich but kept the water as it is within our wright . Later we found out that they only serve horrible hot dogs and pizza . Men changing rooms have no privacy. All lockers had no keys . Toilets very . 3 slides didn’t work . Staff very unfriendly . If fact it felt that they didn’t want customers. Between 1-2 o’clock the whole staff went for break, so they closed all the slides and pools . We paid a lot but did not received the service. That thing is not a resort, it is a big GARBAGE. When you first try to get in, somebody comes near and checks your bag and they say, "no food, no drinks, no snacks". If you have anything, they threw it away from the bag, even the WATER. Later, you go inside, everything looks good af first sight but when you see it good, you see a big place, pools are destroyed, the water is dirty, with things, with insects. Slides don't work... If you want anything from the bar, prices are so high. A bottle of water costs 150 LEK (1.5 Euro). Afrer that we went to eat. They had only a disgusting fast food, trash everywhere, tables were all dirty, full of flies and different insects. The staff were not polite, most of them were kids. If you want to have a good time with family or friends, this place is NOT for you. People that made good reviews are persons who work there or their family. This place has no maintenance. It is a very expensive place for nothing. Find any other place to have a good time.
