Latitude is a great place to celebrate a birthday party, have a fun with friends. It is mostly suited for youngsters up to 18 years old, but that does not mean someone older cannot have fun here. The trampolines are a lot of fun, and the is helpful. I would still advise caution as some places you could get minor injuries or hurt Latitude Tirana is the largest indoor aerial superpark in the Balkans, offering a dynamic environment where visitors can "bounce, climb, and fly." Located on Kavaja Street, it provides a variety of suitable for all ages, including trampolines, climbing walls, zip lines, and a dedicated Zone for under 5 years old. Pros: Diverse Activities: The park features over 100 interconnected trampolines, modern climbing zones, dodgeball arenas, and basketball courts, catering to both and adults. Family-Friendly Environment: Many visitors have praised the spacious and clean facilities, noting that the is professional and attentive, making it an ideal spot for birthdays or simply letting burn off energy. Modern Amenities: The park includes a cafeteria/lounge area for adults, providing a comfortable space to relax while play. Cons: Payment System Issues: Some guests have expressed frustration with the bracelet-based system, suggesting that it complicates the and leads to unnecessary queues. Communication Challenges: A few visitors reported difficulties with English-speaking at the reception, leading to misunderstandings about park rules and activities. Additional Costs: There have been complaints about the requirement to purchase for entry, with some parents questioning the policy, especially when others enter without them. Conclusion: Latitude Tirana offers a unique and exciting for families seeking indoor entertainment. While there are some operational challenges, the variety of and the overall atmosphere make it a worthwhile destination for those looking to enjoy a day of fun and adventure. A must definite visit at Tirana. and alike will absolutely enjoy this place. Very cheap, too! My 12 year old daughter was sad because she could not go to the playground for ages below 5 years. She said it was unfair. Hahaha! The cafeteria is cool lounge for adults waiting for their to finish their playtime. Hope they have unlimited play. My (ages 12-17) and their cousins (ages 19-23) enjoyed their one hour play! I ordered 2 coffee and saw the prices on the menu , when i came to pay they didn’t give me the bill and they took extra prices from me!! This cheating is not acceptable at all. The waiter was a male and he refuses to give me the bill and took extra money for himself ! Two times this thing happened, i don’t recommend this bar/ resturant to anyone anymore. Me siguri do të kthehemi përsëri! Rekomandohet për këdo që kërkon një ditë të bukur me familjen. It was nice, but an hour is ridiculously expensive. We lived abroad and got used to staying from 10:00 to 19:00 for only €10. What I liked most was the staff's attention to the children. It would be perfect if the hours were increased, because people usually have lots of and little money! Latitude Tirana is a beautifully designed indoor park, perfect for to expend their energy. The variety of attractions is impressive, and the facilities are top-notch, making it an ideal spot for to have fun and stay active. However, our was marred by communication challenges. We organized a visit for our summer camp group, comprising 30 children, and upon arrival, we were informed of a billing error—they had confused our group with another of 38 children. This mix-up led to unexpected charges and confusion. Additionally, we had anticipated a 4-hour session based on prior communication, but were told upon arrival that our payment only covered 1.5 hours. Attempts to clarify this beforehand were unsuccessful, as it was difficult to reach someone who could provide clear information in English. It's unfortunate that such administrative issues detracted from the overall experience, especially given the significant investment in the park's infrastructure. Improving training in customer service and English proficiency would greatly enhance the visitor experience. We hope to see these improvements implemented, as the park has great potential to be a premier destination for children's entertainment in Tirana. Amazing place for (and adults)! The playground is spacious, clean, and full of fun activities. is professional and very attentive. Perfect for birthdays or just to let the burn off some energy. Everything is well organized and safe. Definitely worth visiting! Es gibt außerdem einen Wickelraum für Babys, was in Albanien selten ist spektal i vërtetë First of all, I would like to note that this good place here is comfortable lots of space and really have where to play; From minuses: 1. A stupid system of buying bracelets and spent in the middle… Why can’t you just record the when a person entered and when it comes out? And pay in general??? Why buy and new bracelet every hour… it’s meaningless. Complete meaningless; When a child is playing, it is difficult to explain what you need to get out of the game zone and go like a donkey to the cash desk, stand in line to buy a new 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 bracelet - as a backward system… 2. Few tables in the first gaming zone when you only come near the slides; 3. Girls who work at the cash desk speaks badly in English this creates discomfort they cannot explain elementary things why you should buy a bracelet on different gaming areas; 4. Also parents of and parents buy at the checkout special that is very convenient to stay inside the center but some parents of other go just in sneakers without this is unclear to me. .. Why I should be in to pay for this 1 euro and the other dad just in sneakers inside without socks. .. 🤯🤯🤯 5. The Chief Manager of the Children's Entertainment Center reported that they do not accept payment less than 1 euro according to the laws of Albania I checked this information in official sources and this information is lying! you can pay a card even $0.50 in Albania this is not a restriction. .. Probably it’s just the terms of the trading point such that they don’t want to accept payments less than 1 euro. . It’s also strange and creates inconvenience… Shume keq. Horrible ! Came to visit with family, 2 under 5 yo and one 8 yo, they didn’t allow them together even though our 8 yo girl was super calm, didn’t jump however other was jumping on my sons head and it was ok with them! To be honest it wasn’t even issue - more was the administrator who started asking me “where I’m from” and telling that she understands that I’m my country (I didn’t tell where I’m from) we don’t obey rules - I mean like no one told from beginning the “rules”! Anyway the place is lovely but if you have one child like 6 yo and one under 5 keep in mind they can’t together ! This place is amazing! Such a fantastic for me and my girls when visiting Tirana. With so many great activities, my 2yo and 5yo had lots of fun. The were excellent with their energy towards my girls and helped us enjoy our visit, so we went back twice 😅 Well recommended, even the food is great. 5* for sure. Fantastic place, for all ages😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 The most unreasonable rules ever. You have to buy a pair of just so you can look after your own kid because the "staff is too busy" while the themselves are wearing shoes 🤦🏽‍♀️The is very rude and just tries to Kick out any kid. Not only that but no matter what you come you still have to pay that 1 hour fee even if you're only staying 20 min. There's so many other nice places you can take your around Tirana. I do not recommend this place. A fantastic experience! Latitude Tirana is the perfect place for fun and adrenaline. The facilities are clean and modern, the is friendly and always ready to help. The are diverse and suitable for both and adults. A great spot to spend quality with friends and family. I will definitely be coming back!”🤩 every member of i encountered was rude and almost stuck up overall not accommodating at all. not sure if this is normal but got no table service at the cafe upstairs there was a big group of just talking amongst each other instead of coming over even though we had made eye contact a lot the girl at reception was horrible no exception and even we’re the within the actual part itself it’s hard to believe these people are allowed around children. the overall park and area was fun but the location is actually crazy please take a taxi it was within walking distance of our hotel and we were transported to 1940s albania it was scary to say the least. Date of visit: 7 August 2025 Location: Latitude Tirana We were on holiday, visiting from Durrës, excited to enjoy the day with our children, ready to spend more and even recommend this place to others, but unfortunately, on this day, the completely failed us. At reception, we were told we needed to buy for each child (4 in total), which we did with no issue. However, later, when the wanted to go on the Go Ape and zip wire activities, we were told they needed to wear trainers. This important rule was never communicated to us in advance. I went back to reception and asked to speak to the manager. I explained that this was not mentioned and that they should take feedback seriously. The manager asked the receptionist, who falsely claimed she had informed us. I clearly stated that I never heard this, just as I heard the rule about the socks, I would have heard about the trainers. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, saying “It’s not our problem that you didn’t hear us.” She didn’t apologise or acknowledge that different guests may have communication needs, people with hearing issues, autism, or other conditions. Additionally, there were no visible signs to help us find the place, it was quite difficult to locate. Once inside, the never gave us any guidance or explained what games and services were available. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend Latitude Tirana. Don’t waste your or money — there are much better, more welcoming places to enjoy with your family. The employees said that we wouldn’t go twice at the swing but they were playing by themselves when nobody was there I even have proof I caught them on video Super lodrra 👌 👍 😍 🥰 I love this place the were super friendly and helpful, making my even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Latitude to everyone looking for a good time!! 😍😍 Latitude Tirana is an amazing place for both and adults! The trampoline park is huge, with plenty of like climbing walls, dodgeball, and even a ninja warrior course. The is friendly and ensures safety, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is energetic, and it’s a great spot for birthday parties or just a fun day out. Prices are reasonable for the experience, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for families and groups looking for some active entertainment! I have never seen a more terrible staff. Especially one of the girls named ANXHELA had a way of communicating that was not ethical at all. They tell you the rules after you pay the entrance fee and order at the bar. I believe the needs a good training on how to communicate with the customer. I do not recommend it at all Latitude is a fantastic place for of all ages to play, explore, and have fun! Is well-maintained, clean, and has a variety of to keep entertained for hours. We visited on a Saturday whilst holidaying from Scotland. We met Enis who helped my 11yr old son feel very much at ease and confident to take on lots of challenges. Enis spoke very good English and is very good at looking after the children. We very much appreciate Enis and indeed all the staff. Highly recommended.
