The service don't speak English, really unpleasant. Only with men servics can tourist speak in foreign language. If they learn another language it will be nicer. Maybe visit again. I was waiting more of that place from what its look. Do Deja Vu baru rád chodil dlouhá léta na kávu a zmrzlinový dort. Vždy byo vše v naprostém pořádku. Atmosféra úžasná, vždy si pochutnal. Dnešní návštěva mě velmi zklamala. Všechen dojem zkazila slečna servírka, která se nás pokusila vědomě okrást. Konečný účet byl za dvě kávy a dva zmrzlinové dorty 26,20 Lv. Chtěl platit kartou, což mi bylo slečnou zamítnuto. Vytáhnul tedy bankovku 50 Lv. a bylo mi vráceno 20,40 Lv. Slečna servírka byla ihned pryč, šel proto s účtenkou k baru, kde požadoval korektní vrácení rozdílu. Slečně to trvalo dosti dlouhou chvíli, než vrátila sumu 3,40 Lv., které si přivlastnila a s kyselým obličejem zmizela. Zdá se, že v Deja Vu se rozmohl takový nešvar, že pokud se hned neozvete, tak vás tam odrbou. Do Deja Vu nechodit! Отвратително и разхвърляно меню,няма нито добър ден нито довиждане,донесоха ми кафето разлято на чинийката ми след като помолих другата сервитьорка да ми смени подложката тя е сметнала да по правилно да ми смени кафето нещо което аз не съм поискала! След това ми го връща първоначалната сервитьорка и ми държи тон защо не съм била казала на нея че има някакъв проблем. Защото като са две сервитьорки и когато едната е заета другата също помага затова казах на колежката ѝ. Мъжът ми също поиска захар за кафето си но тя отвърна ние слагаме захарен сироп искате ли да сложим още и той каза не искам захар тя недоволства и се мръщи !!! Не мога да разбера такива хора защо въобще работят? Също беше сложено канела в кафето без да попитат за евентуална алергия или просто предпочитание дали желая. Very nice bar with hookah. Place is really cozy and the waitresses are very nice. Mainly the new waitress that took care of us. She fulfilled our every wish and even explained some local traditions to us. The first nice person in Bulgaria. Price for drinks is ok. If you want to smoke Shisha just dont. It tastes good but its too … 30 Leva … approx. 18$ or 15€ which is just too expensive.
