Coming here for 3 years, it’s really the best place to eat in Lozenetz. The food is always great! There is also a lunch menu with home made dishes. The staff is really nice and knows english, they always help us pick from the menu. The most delicious food in Bulgaria. All ingredients are fresh and all dishes are made to order. Reminds me of my grandma’s cooking and that is the highest compliment!!!When you walk by, the place is always packed, if that further confirms how amazing this place is. Absolutely lovely place. Food is delicious, service is excellent. Price is a normal for local area. Me, my wife and my 6 years older son pay 100 BGN for enough food with drinks. Definitely I recommend this restaurant. Храната беше вкусна и атмосферата на ресторанта беше хубава. Проблемът, заради който давам максимум 3 звезди е отношението на сервитьорите и като цяло организацията. Посрещна ни мъж, много усмихнат и позитивен-към него нямам оплаквания, и ни поведе към масата, когато се оказа, че нещо се е объркало и тя беше заета. Предложиха друга и нямаше проблем. Недоволството ми идва от един коментар на една от сервитьорките-не знам коя беше, защото бях с гръб. Нас ни обслужваше едно русо момиче. Основните ни донесе един мъж с брада, не много висок и леко пълничък. Той не просто се пресегна през мен без да каже нищо, а и когато казах “Мерси” някой от служителите имаше наглостта да каже, и цитирам:”Казва се благодаря, а не мерси”, след което последва кикотене от страна на мъжа и сервитьорката. Знам, че всеки има нужда да разпусне на работното място, но не трябва да е на гърба на клиента. Този коментар много ме разочарова и ядоса, но реших да не правя проблем и мисля, че е безкрайно непрофесионално, нагло и безобразно отношение, заради което едва ли ще се върна в този “ресторант”.
