There's much information about the history of the castle, and there's also some more general history about the area. Beautifull castle. Nice archeological museum. But we expected more like interior. There was almost none. Wijchen itself is a nice small town. Friendly and nice to combine with a visit to the castle. So peaceful place for a walk or chill also for meditation in the morning Beautiful castle, small but really interesting museum showing the first settlements in the region. Employees super sympathetic and dedicated. Museumcard is accepted and there is no need to pre-buy tickets (which is also possible to buy online) It is a lovely and the stuff was very polite. They informed us about everything in the exhibitions. It is also a lovely place for small weddings. When we arrived there we saw a bit of a wedding ceremony. Truly amazing place!
