The staff were great and a shout out to Jess (I think that was her name) for her enthusiasm and energy, while multi tasking and preparing pizzas. I bought an experience voucher for my partner’s birthday. The replies when we emailed to book at the Guildford branch were very prompt and when we arrived yesterday all the staff were very friendly. We had a fab experience! Everything was very clear and when my partners headset didn’t work they replaced it very promptly. We can’t recommend it enough if you’re a VR newbie or have done it before. After our game we also got a free drink as part of the package which was a lovely touch! And the lovely staff members spent a long chatting to us about the other games they offer and talking us through our scores at the end too.
