This is a local with no trees and no flowers... it’s just a flat patch of grass more suitable for cattle than for humans, where the locals converge and practice their sports and activities. It’s really nothing special, but I suppose it’s better than nothing. It’s peaceful enough, as there are no roads around it; it borders with a school and with private gardens. At the centre there is a sad nursery, that looks more like a cage for children than anything else and a playground for children open to the public. Since a few years the height of vehicles allowed in the carpark has been limited to 1.9m, so if you have a van, apparently you’re not welcomed. By the way, dogs are not allowed here. The closes at night. The car is often used by youths to smoke weed. Awesome playground Had changing rooms Had shower room and waiting room We went for cricket match. It was awesome we were able to play two matches at the same time. Huge with car parking Went to watch my son play. Not much parking on site during a Sunday morning but plenty on the road outside. Looks a nice parkmfor the family and young kids and a cafe too. Always lovely to visit this park. On a bright day, sunset is beautiful with hues. Absolutely Gorgeous with great amounts of space available for any event! I went there for the Eid prayers yesterday and it was really beautiful with the amazing weather we had yesterday as well. Great parking space too and a lovely playground that featured a zip line as well! I'm sure it's an attraction for children of any age and so I highly recommend Overton to anyone be it a single, couple or a big family, you're sure to have lots to do with lots of space for it and so will definitely have a lovely time!! Very nice and big with kids play area, walking/jogging track and multiple sports playgrounds like cricket and football table tennis setup. The has huge parking. This is a great little park, and have been really enjoying it a lot this summer. It's a nice open space to either relax or simply have a stroll around. It has a nice little playground for the kids too. It is a no dogs allowed park, so if you are looking for a place to walk Fido then you will have to look elsewhere. Plenty of options. The best in Sutton! The fact that one could happily hang around till closing time without fear is a massive plus 👍. It's dog-free as young kids play in the grass but you do get an odd idiot bringing their dog. A spacious neighbourhood with lots of green. Car available inside the park. Occasionally served by an ice-cream van outside! it's a really good park. It is close to where I live and I go there a lot to play football with my friends. It's dog free which is good as there are no dogs to bite the balls and make them bad. There is also an ice cream van that goes there basically every day with pretty good prices. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone. Sadly many of the new trees have been snapped in half. This is a lovely improving with good facilities for sports, exercise and children. A new friends group is being set up as of September 2023. It's a very convenient for all... it's my preferred location for my daily walk 🚶‍♂️ A good size park. There is more car parking area if you go inside and keep going to the right.
