Obviously all about the money now don't get me started on the food 14 pound for kids pizza straight from a packet and was absolutely terrible Horton Park is hands down one of the best places in Surrey to spend a sunny afternoon – and it’s not just for golfers! I visited recently with a group of friends, and we were blown away by how much there is to do here. The star of the show has to be their Jurassic Adventure Mini – where else can you through a course guarded by Godzilla and King Kong? The theming is fantastic, with life-size statues, clever obstacles, and a layout that’s fun for both kids and adults. It’s the perfect mix of challenge and entertainment, and we couldn’t stop taking photos along the way. The mini park is very well maintained – clean, tidy, and clearly looked after. The flow of the course is good, so even if it’s busy, you don’t feel like you’re waiting forever at each hole. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, helping us get set up with clubs and balls. They clearly want everyone to have a time, which adds to the experience. Once we finished our round, we headed over to the café and were pleasantly surprised by how the food was. We ordered burgers, sandwiches, and a few drinks, and everything was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. It’s the kind of spot where you can actually sit down, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere rather than just grabbing a quick bite. The outdoor seating area is perfect in the summer – you can watch other groups playing mini while enjoying your meal. For those interested in “real” golf, the park also has a and a full course, so you can practice your swing or even make a full day out of it. It feels like a place designed for everyone – whether you’re a serious golfer, a casual player, or just looking for a unique family activity. I also really appreciated how walkable and accessible Horton Park is. There’s plenty of parking if you’re driving, but even if you’re coming by public transport, it’s not hard to get to. place for a group outing. The games are structured so that you can still enjoy them, even if you can't golf. A couple of hours fun. Fare is basic, but decent. Pricing is reasonable. A truly crazy jungle experience, really liked the 18 hole course a family day out with plenty of parking and has a clubhouse restaurant. Times facilities. Family friendly. Super with tracking to improve your game, brilliant Jungle Crazy to get the kids interested and a lovely course for the more serious. Plenty of parking on site and really nice F&B facilities too. Had a time also had lunch £20 for a round on a par 3 course is a rip off anyway - especially for kids. All the more galling that you book a tee time then have to wait 20 mins on the first tee because they are trying to shoehorn as many people in as possible onto the course. lI recently enrolled my family in group lessons at Horton club, expecting a comprehensive introduction to golf. Unfortunately, my has been quite disappointing. The lessons should occurred once a week over an 8-week period, but during the first four sessions, we spent most of our time on the without receiving any clear instructions on how to actually the game. It felt chaotic and confusing, as we were left to figure things out on our own while simply trying to hit the ball. After the fourth lesson, we were approached with an offer to purchase a membership. While I was excited about the prospect of continuing, I realized I had no understanding of how to utilize that membership. There was no guidance on where to go, what to do, or even what equipment we needed. This critical information should have been provided from the start. To make matters worse, the requirement to buy a membership to continue lessons was not mentioned at the beginning, which felt misleading. Ultimately, I decided to seek out another where the instruction was organized and comprehensive from the outset. I hope this feedback helps improve the for future newcomers to in this club. Over all I was really in love with this on my very first lesson and wanted be member but happened what happened. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday with an escape room 'The curse of Old Maid Milly' and a round of 18-hole mini golf, a and highly recommended for a fun family outing! The academy course is challenging and interesting. We're not enough for the Millennium course yet! Really friendly and efficient staff and coaches. I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived and there was a whole room dedicated for us - didn’t expect it at all - a lovely touch. We had the bacon sandwiches and they were hella good, it’s loaf bread not rolls and it’s 10/10 Holly was awesome in helping book the day, she couldn’t have made it easier & don’t get me started with Jay on the first tee. It helps I put it 9 feet intront of the gallery, couldn’t have done it without him. Now I’d love the to remind me, I’m going to go for Jason (I couldnt apologise more if I’m wrong) but the man in the pro shop who also really helped us have a experience. We lost the match but won the day - couldn’t recommend it more here Nice place, lots of parking and service. We recently held a wake in the Clubhouse. It was a fabulous venue for this event. The room layout worked, it was clean and tidy, the communication was fabulous and the food was spot on. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make it possible. The only suggestion I would make if I had one is that there were some items like paying extra to use the TV - if you are paying over a certain amount for the venue hire, food and drink I think this could have been included as part of the package. That said, we will use this venue again. Just played Horton park and wanted to say how this place is. No stuffy rules, very friendly staff and with everyone having fun. It’s impossible to most courses in the area as a visitor and was very happy that we could on a Saturday morning. Well done for making for everyone course, relatively expensive (£40 on a winter Sunday) and will pair you with random s. A option. No temporary tees which is in mid winter 2 friends and I decided we wanted to golf, we booked the 9 hole millennium but when arriving, it felt a bit pressured because of the many people waiting for us to play. Jay, a staff member, managed to move us into the Academy area where we did enjoy the game and there wasn't as many people or pressure. personality aswell, always happy.
