We Visit in April at the end of the ski season. first of all, they open at 12pm, so if you ski and want a coffee or little something to eat in the area you should come only after 12pm. Secondly, the staff was not kind or professional at all. We ordered Fondue, the problem was it came without fire. When we try to ask the staff to light the fire they didn't succeed and we have to eat it cold... The food wasn't tasty and the prices are very high. Except the beauty of the inside of the restaurant, I don't recommend to go there. A wannabe posh place. While the location is excellent, and the design is very flamboyant, it lacks the basics of customer service. We visited in January 2024 when we had a good experience. The was average, but the food was delicious. This year, our waiter was very unpolite, and after we ordered pizzas to share, we had to ask for plates. The previous year our cheese fondue was rich and made of proper cheese. This year it was some short of cheap liquid cheese. You can have a place covered in gold with magnum bottles of Dom Perignon in the fridge, but if the food is low quality and the staff is rude, you are just an everyday pub... A beautiful place but the dribla are made with low quality ingredients and they do not correspond to the description on the menu. This was supposed to be a special tea with many plants and flavors…sad… Good service, good food, reasonably priced considering the location and season. Highly recommend. We had dinner on April 8 2023, the is beautiful, nice atmosphere, beautiful decor, the best I’ve had in Romania so far, very professional friendly staff, our waiter was amazing , food is delicious appetizers main course dessert cocktails was delicious , definitely coming back and definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️ loved it Now I completely understand why this place was so empty. I felt absolutely scammed. To be fair, the food isn’t bad, but the price on the menu is not the price you’ll actually pay in the end. I ordered a soup, which came with bread, something that looked like cream cheese, and a green pepper. These three items were placed directly on the plate, making it seem like they were part of the dish. Only when the bill arrived did I realize they were an outrageously overpriced covert charge that was never mentioned. On top of that, we asked the staff to include a 10% tip in the bill (before realizing the scam), and they added 25% instead! In total, we paid 70 euros for four soups, one soft drink, and two beers. A complete joke. I truly hope this place closes down and that a more professional business takes over. Fancy pretentious restaurant, the visit was end of February and inside of the was very cold. The decor is good, except the blatant AI art prints that hang on the biggest wall in the restaurant. Pizzas came almost cold, it took a few minutes for it to be completely cold. Sides for a main dish came 15 minutes later which the waitress did not inform us about the delays at all. The looks more of a status symbol to spend loads of money instead of sit down and enjoy a nice meal in the mountains. The moust overated place we found in Brasov area. Food was without taste, overpriced and poor quality.
