First, let me say that Django in general is a nice and cozy place, and the location is convenient. What happened, however, was infuriating and absolutely unprofessional. We ordered a bottle of Finlandia vodka (700ml) and server brought us a 1L bottle since the other was out of stock. This was ok, since the 700ml bottle was listed for BGN 65 and we were expecting a slightly higher price for the 1L. When the check arrived we were stunned to see BGN 150 billed for the 1L bottle. Moreover, it was billed as 20 shots rather than as a standalone product which was suspicious by itself. Such prices were definitely not listed on the menu. In the end the staff agreed to write-off BGN 20 from the check (and we were expected to be thankful for this “gesture”). We were running late for another appointment and had to settle with this. Would not recommend, absolute disgrace on their part. Their system for the service and experience was amazing and i love the atmosphere with good music. The prices as well as the menu are great and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Well, actually their closing time is until 00:30, not until 2:00. They scam with the multisport card, firstly they tell you, you can use it at the end of the service, and when it's time to pay the excuse is "you need to check it first, before you play" so they can take your money. 100% not recommending, horrible service, you get 0 attention from the waitress, and the manager is super unprofessional and arrogant. Good place, first time we visited everything was good and we liked it. However, it’s unclear what reservation is for, we booked a table and when we arrived they told us that all the tables are busy and we need to wait “don’t know for how long, as everyone plays as long as they want”. What is the point in reservation then? People have plans, book a table for a certain time. Personnel could at least beware other clients who didn’t book a table that a certain table is booked for a certain time. Very strange and upsetting attitude.
