Later on the short rain came so they closed the water which is understandable. After rain passed, sun came out and they refused to open the water again, even when it was 2 hours to the water closure. So they were supposed to be open from 12-18 and they refused to open them at 16 even with good weather. We complained but the staff at the reception was very arogant and tried to ignore us, they were pretending they don't understand but they understood very well... So they just wanted to save energy even when we paid full amount for 5 people, disgusting... Apart from that, the swimming pool was a bit dirty on the floor and the indoor was closed...
