Fantastic from the start, at the initial consultations, during the surgery the staff at the hospital were amazing. After the surgery and the following checks and follow up TAC, they couldn't have been more helpful, in what is a very stressful time. Having recently found a small lump and then trying to get a consulta at our local Centro de saúde. This is very difficult as we are without a family doctor, as are so many people, we emailed direct to the IPO in Coimbra and explained the situation. In just over a week, we received a letter with a consulta for the following week. We also received a couple of phone calls to talk about our situation and if we needed as my other help. Não tenho simplesmente nada de nada a apontar de mal!!! Muito cuidadosos nos diagnósticos, nas explicações, nos procedimentos. Estive por duas vezes internada para duas cirurgias e só tenho elogios!! Para com os médicos que me seguem nas especialidades de dermatologia, cardiologia, cirurgia, pneumologia e oncologia médica. Sem deixar de lado os enfermeiros/as e os auxiliares, todos, todos 5***** O meu bem haja a todos!! Beijinhos e continuação de bom trabalho Boa tarde. Infelizmente não tenho uma opinião agradável sobre este instituto. Fiz uma biópsia mamária no final de Janeiro e até agora não obtive qualquer resposta. Tenho ligado bastantes vezes e a resposta que me dão é sempre a mesma " a médica vai ver o seu processo no dia tal e depois comunicamos consigo ". Bem....a médica já viu o meu processo pelo menos 3 vezes. É de lamentar estas situações. Isto é brincar com as pessoas. Tinha uma ótima imagem desta instituição mas estou completamente desiludida. Sem dúvida que quem espera um resultado,acaba por achar uma demora imensa.Infelizmente passei por isso. Mas é de louvar encontrar pessoas tão Humanas, desde medicos,enfermeiros todos aqueles que por eles passei até ao dia de hoje e espero que assim continuem. Um bem haja a todos.
