It is a worth visiting, with very interesting exhibits. The entrance fee is very low and the staff very helpful. Small but enchanting. Lovely old building. Mostly ship models but some historical artefacts too Small but decent museum, worth checking out if you're into maritime. I had a wonderful experience at the Chios Nautical Museum. The is nicely organized, making it easy to explore and enjoy the exhibits. The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted visitors with a warm smile, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. I was especially impressed with the written guides available in multiple languages, which made it easy to understand the rich maritime history on display. My favorite part was the collection of captain’s log books from very old times—they were truly fascinating and offered a unique glimpse into the past. If you’re interested in maritime history, this is definitely worth a visit! The only heartberaking part was seeing the painting against turkish greek friendship An excellent about greek maritime history. Excellent models. Great instructions. Excellent nautical museum.. a huge collection of model ships from all eras. Magnificent painting and etches from all eras. Captains logs and officers books.. mostly in Greek but fascinating none the less. A good selection of prints and maps and books.. All in a beautifully restored heritage building next to the church Chios Maritime is small, but very nice and worth a visit if you’re interested in maritime history, or sailing in general. They have mostly well preserved small wooden models and paintings prints of various ships. The staff is very friendly. Pay attention to operating hours. As I recall they close at 2 pm during summer. The hosts some detailed models of existing ships. Also some real ship instruments like radar, compasses etc. It has a room dedicated to Kanaris, a navy hero from the 1821 Greek Revolution. Very good overall experience. Giriş yetişkinler için 3 Euro çocuklar için 2 Euro, eğer ki çocuklar 7 yaşın altındaysa ücretsiz olarak ziyaret edebiliyor. Güzel görülebilir. A fantastic museum! Friendly and informed staff. Carefully curated exhibitions. And a truly impressive building. Çok güzel bir konaklama yeri, sessiz, sakin, ve tarih kokuyor. Eleni tüm müşterilerle ilgili, her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Temiz bir aile işletmesi odalarında klima, mutfak lavabo buzdolabı mevcut. Kahvaltı yok, yakında büyük bir market var. Herseyinizi tedarik edebilirsiniz. Bir de adanın konaklama yapılacak en iyi konumunda bulunuyor Cozy and well designed with a bunch of very interesting exhibits of the Greek Maritime history. Well informed and courteous staff.
