The anchovies were too salty, probably the worst I had. The rest was alright. Great food, good service, fair prices and beautiful seaside atmosphere! Ee are there lunch and breakfast many times. Practically we tried the whole menu. Everything was delicious, fresh and the portions were huge. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the town. Tables are directly at the seaside. Best in the island. If Google had the option to leave more starts, I would have given more! The food was A M A Z I N G! From the first, till the last bite! Although making a reservation in advance was difficult (our Facebook request was never answered), they managed to give us a table when we arrived, though not by the sea. Surprisingly, most of the “reserved” tables stayed empty all evening. The atmosphere was nice at first, but once the seafood arrived, our table was quickly surrounded by dozens of bees, which made it very hard to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, there was no real solution offered by the staff. While the village setting is beautiful and the food itself was good, the service felt inattentive and overall our experience was disappointing. It was one of the worst I have ever had in Greece, as it was extremely tough and unchewable. This lackluster preparation greatly diminished any enjoyment that could have been derived from the dish. On a positive note, the fried zucchini was a standout, with a delicious taste and crispy texture. However, it would have been even better if the dish was accompanied by a sauce or dip to enhance the flavors. The Greek salad served at Pantoukios was satisfying, with fresh ingredients and a well-balanced combination of flavors. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the grilled shrimp, it was neither tasty nor fresh. Additionally, the lack of attentiveness and enthusiasm of the staff contributed to the overall disappointment of the dining experience. Overall, the location is great, but the food does not match the greatness, it was bad. A great place with home made delicious food and a beautiful view. Had lunch here twice , ordered different dishes and everything is very tasty. The service is fast, portions are big. A lot of local people done here not tourists which means the food is great. Definitely recommend! We decided to come here because of the reviews, and they were absolutely right! We ordered Greek salad, saganaki cheese, cacik, grilled calamari, and grilled octopus. The mezes were delicious. The calamari was the most delicious I have ever tasted (highly recommended). I had never tried octopus before, and although it’s not really my type, I think it was also tasty. If you want to enjoy your meal with the sound of the waves, this place will perfectly meet your expectations. The prices were affordable and you gonna find a breathtaking atmosphere.
