What really makes Northcroft stand out though is the staff. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive, and they’re always willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend checking it out! first experience whilst visiting the lido today. Staff were from reception to the cafe and the lido itself. We hardly waited any time to use the slides and were often first in line. The pool has so much space and the whole lido area was really clean. I was very impressed with the prices in the café too which makes it a lot nicer experience when you are treating the family. We look forward to returning!
