Incorrectly had this as 3* that was a genuine typo the shop is and staff Always a experience with the Camberley team! I popped in to pick up some summer and Charlotte took plenty of to help me find different options and sizes, checked everything fit correctly for me, and even ordered a couple of sizes either side for the items that weren't in so I'd get the perfect fit when I collect them. Terry is too, and made sure I got the best price for it all (always nice when you're spending a small fortune 😂). I bought a Shoei which wasn't in in my size in Camberley, but Charlotte phoned the Farnborough to have it set aside so I could collect it on my way home. Can't recommend them enough, thanks guys! Went shopping for a helmet. Ended up with a superb Shoei GT Air3. Special thanks to Charlotte, who was soooooo and patient with me. Even offered to drive to another branch to collect the helmet. Turns out she had one in stock, and with the help of a very Luke, they found it , and I left with a much lighter wallet, but oh soooo happy. Big THANKS to you both. I visited Infinity Camberley on 2 occasions and both times met Terry the manager. The second I asked for him because of the interaction I had on the first visit. He's a very knowledgeable guy, passionate without being a typical salesman so no pushy tactics which I like and prefer. He's very patient and engages in conversation that he doesn't have to do so I left after spending £360 not feeling like he just talks to get a sale. I highly recommend Infinity because of Terry. While there I met Luke who is a salesman, he was and contributed to our conversation. I dont think you'll be disappointed with a trip to Camberley Infinity. Delivered on time, only place that had my size in too with comprehensive on all range of gear. Even though they didnt have in the in the colour I wanted , he called the Farnborough branch and reserved it for me. He provided me extra information regarding the rest of I needed. I have been away from biking for 15 years and all the clothing/protective wear and tech has changed massively! Decent quality products. Staff were friendly. Found the pricing to be a bit high. Found another local store, a couple of miles away, to be around 25%-30% cheaper on the same products. Having decided to get back into biking after a twenty year break, I wanted to up on all the essentials with somewhere with good reviews and that had a good selection of kit. I chose well with Infinity in Camberley, my experience was really enjoyable. Ryan greeted me when I entered and was to point me in the right direction and then let me browse. I browsed for two hours, trying on jackets, helmets, jeans etc. Ryan was always on hand to offer assistance and advise, which gave me confidence I was buying the right gear. There was a large range of options and to say good choices for ladies. He even got new products out for me to try that had just arrived and are perfect for my needs as a curvy lady. Charlotte was knowledgeable and brilliant at helping my husband get what he needed. She gave us multiple options and was to offer her opinion when we asked. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained things when we didnt understand! We actually had a wonderful too! Staff on site are highly knowledgeable about most things motorcycle wise and anything they don't know off the top of their heads they can easily find out. Will be using these guys again 100% shop with a huge range of products - I visited on a busy Saturday and as a new rider, felt a little overwhelmed with all the options. Terry was so and patient, he gave me loads of advice and helped me pick out my new gear. Made a mistake with previous purchase and it was killing me after 2 hours riding. Terry at Camberley responded like a true pro under pressure. Given no warning, he sorted me out with advice on the new lid and a custom fit, along with fitting a mesh intercom. Cracking service. And a pain free ride in Cornwall all weekend.Thank you Terry! I went to the Camberley today to try on a Rev’it Airwave 4 jacket only to find that they were only available online! My fault I suppose for not bothering to phone first to check, but the website does say that the Camberley is also where the online department is based so I wrongly assumed it was a shop with a massive warehouse that stocked everything on their website. Anyway, it was good to have a look at the other available options for mesh jackets and trousers that were on show (which are pretty limited wherever you go, but a fairly decent selection on offer here). Thanks to Alessi who was very throughout and suggested ordering in a couple of sizes of the jacket in for me to try on, but it’s a bit of a trek from where I live so I just went home and ordered online instead. Fingers crossed I chose the right size… I did leave with a pair of Richa jeans, plus knee and hip armour upgrades that I wasn’t planning on buying, so it wasn’t a wasted trip.
