Came here today with my son and two of his friends as a treat, all three have SEN, they had the most brilliant and were taken excellent care of by Ethan who was friendly, informative, and made sure they were all happy and enjoying the experience. We ended up having the place to ourselves too which was an added bonus! Highly recommended. Booked for 9yo party. My son says best he has ever had. From the confirmation call a couple of days before to the lady letting the all use the toilets while she was cleaning (and so sweet about it), it couldn't have been any better hosted or organised. Ethan was an absolute star. Not only did he cope with 12 overly excited children so incredibly well. He also noticed that my SEN child was not wanting to be involved. He then engaged him by explaining to him about the guns and vests and showing him the scoring. He then encouraged him to just fire from the side and he really felt involved... he gauged him perfectly. Then we have food and Ethan is still going and keeping the entertained. This guy is a gem!! They explain how the game was working and have been with us the all time. It is very friendly environment. I recommend to give it a go. We had a for our 8 year old where he invited a couple of friends. Ethan the was welcoming and helpful. The had a ball. The atmosphere in the arena is brilliant and we would definitely be back! There's only really one member of here who makes an effort, and he is amazing with the kids, but last we visited we had to track down the to give us any information about what was going on.
