Always clean, and the equipment never looks really old or tired. The are so friendly, attentive and always have a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I often come when Nicole, Georgie and Steph are working. Always greeted with smile and a little chat, nice to feel like a person not just a paying customer. The little extra parties that are put on at no extra cost, are wonderful. Again shout out to Georgie who runs these, the love them, and she is so engaging with all the children. Partyman world is one of my favourite soft plays. I'm baffled to why this place receives 5 star reviews. Most of the equipment is broken and the trampolines are just inflated gym balls underneath a sheet. Incredibly dirty, the floor reminds me of an 80s dance club. Health and safety would have a field day. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Very expensive at £25 for 2 adults and 2 children. Would not recommend to anyone I will change my rating for 0 stars!! It is absolutely disgusting. Very expensive and lots of dirt ,very cold and majority of the play areas dirty and broken. A massive rip off! When I complained to ,the lady raised her voice and told me to complain with the office I sadly promised to my that this is the last day we will be coming here and I advise others to don't waist their money here as I didn't manage to learn my lesson! See pictures attached Extremely cold inside, even with coats on. A bit pricey for the conditions offered, especially adult's prices. There isn't enough to supervise the children, we witness fights between bigger boys and younger girls, where the girls couldn't breath and were screaming but nobody came to do anything. They weren't out of view, just in under 3 area. For the same price I will go to Abingdon and will get better service, safe for children, bigger and more equipment. It was also a bit dark around tge soft play, not where are the tables. We love Partyman! It took me a while, but since I discovered the quiet weekday sessions I enjoy our visits just as much as the kids. Nicola & Tom are beyond kind. And I even manage to get a bit of reading done whilst my run around endlessly having fun. Nicola outdid herself last Christmas Eve with endless acts of kindness and ending the day with milk & cookies for the kids. So many people were in fancy dress it felt like we were in Santa's Grotto. And since Covid, Partyman is the one child indoor space I've found that is managing to keep a sense of 'normal' whilst still adhering to the rules. have done a fantastic job of implementing the changes without detracting away from the fun!! Their attention to cleanliness & distancing is reassuring and wear masks all day long. I'm very sorry to see the place closing for a second & no doubt the one question on my lips will be "When can we go to Partyman?" All my youngest have such a here and especially my autistic boy who really struggles to find some where he’s comfortable in thank you to Paige maja and Connie for making him so comfortable and shout out to Stef for assisting with first aid for my two year olds tumble I come here every week with my little ones and all of the members of are so lovely. They’re so warm and welcoming towards parents and children, and will be and make things easier wherever they can. Myself and my adore them. The always have so much fun here, there’s plenty of tables for everyone, they also do coffee! If it’s a little colder outside, as it’s such a big place, it can be a bit cold inside but just make sure littlies are in jumpers. With them running around, they soon warm up! I had two under 5's and the were from the start in showing me round the place and then when ordering food the service was great, they were so we were there for several hours the really enjoyed it, a fun packed day out. They also made sure other older followed the rules which meant the younger stayed safe, it just meant as parents we didn't have to intervene so they were vigilant but very polite.
