The was excellent! I had some doubts beforehand about whether it would be worth the money, but it absolutely was! Our guide, Alex, made the truly enjoyable. He has an impressive knowledge of Oxford and the university, and his explanations were clear and easy to follow. The timing was also managed perfectly. I really enjoyed all the stories he shared throughout the tour. Highly recommended! Absolutely fantastic! We took the today and our was Tom. A very charming, charismatic and passionate young lad and extremely knowledgeable and clearly very proud to be representing and attending such a prestigious University. The was from start to finish, Tom showed us some of the most beautiful parts of the centre and gave us some fabulous stories about and some of the traditions held. I would highly to anyone wanting to take a with Footprints. What could be better? A by current attendees who are loving and flourishing in the very environment you're there to see and appreciate. Took the Alumni with the excellent Em. Despite being with 18 people, was very intimate and a touring inside the Oxford colleges and buildings, and hearing about the and current day experiences from an Oxford student. Definitely - worth the price for this guided tour. The was much more comprehensive than we expected. Our (Kathy) answered every question in detail and was extremely knowledgeable. We learned a lot on this tour, filled with cultural and historical richness, and we really enjoyed it. We highly it to everyone. I unfortunately forget our guides name but he was lovely and I would honestly asking to go with him. He was an archeological graduate student, who provided incredible detail in a wonderful manner. He had a cadence for the and he was skilled enough to speak in Spanish for those who couldn’t speak in English. I found the completely worth it, and have already started plans to come back and use the same group, and hopefully the same fella, again. I took the Oxford College with an alumni. This was by far the most interesting and informative I’ve taken in a long time. Getting the chance to be inside the Divinity School was fun for the Harry Potter in me, but getting to Magdellan College (as this was the home of our Alumni Guide) turned out to be the best part. Historical facts mixed in with modern information on the college in abundance. Really enjoyed! I thoroughly enjoyed the given by Rebecca yesterday. She was very enthusiastic and passionate about the of Oxford and the colleges. It was a large group but she kept us all interested and she spoke clearly so I could always hear what she was saying. I would this if the guides are all as as Rebecca. I enjoyed every moment of the tour, Alex speak clearly and loudly, if give us precious information and make us return to the past to live some important moment of the oxford history. The places architecture was marvellous. I will definitly come back again and finit with my family, i will this to anyone who want to discover oxford university story (and more) Very fortunate to have had Alex, a graduate of Oxford, as our guide. He was knowledgeable, passionate and engaging! It was very fun and he was a story teller. I hope he gets to see the next Mallard Hunt! (Cos i definitely wont lol) I recently had the pleasure of going on a of Oxford with our guide, Tom, and I can't him highly enough! He did a fantastic job, making the both enjoyable and informative. Tom was always happy to take questions, which made the feel more interactive and engaging. I highly this two hour tour! Jacob R. Was a fantastic guide. He led an engaging, informative, and humorous session. He taught a side of Oxford not commonly seen to the average tourist while providing a wealth of personal knowledge and highlighting unique historical ties to the locations visited We had a wonderful girl Kathie ( maybe not correct name). She took us to the most important Oxfords places, easily, with a mood and a charming smile. Thank you for a and a mood! We had Ruth as our for the Oxford and she was absolutely fantastic. She struck the perfect balance of being incredibly knowledgeable while also keeping everything light, engaging, and funny. I’ll admit I usually don’t enjoy walking tours and only booked this one because a friend was visiting from abroad—but I ended up loving it. Ruth brought Oxford’s and quirks to in such a memorable way, and it was one of the highlights of our day. Highly recommend! Just wanted to thank Adam for our today. From the moment he started - during and at the end of the tour, Adam was amazing. We are a group from Australia and really appreciated Adam’s knowledge of Oxford as well as his personal experience. Everything just flowed and natural. He was well versed, we loved his voice as well as his quirky one liners. The whole group appreciated it. The was amazing and highly recommended. Oxford can be overwhelming so this was very welcome as not only did we get the important details of the of Oxford, it gave us a start on what more we can explore. We love our Adam. Thank you for instilling the passion for us to want to explore and learn more about Oxford. From Chez, Sam & Glenn Sydney, Australia. Hi there, we had our walking of Oxford today 23/03/25. We were lucky enough to have Jacob as our host, who from the outset put us at ease and was both extremely informative and because of his academic career, knowledgeable, about all aspects of University and the surrounding the city and the amazing buildings!… We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon in his company!… Well done!👏 Dave & Katy… The Oxford University led by alumni Isabella was an exceptional and memorable thanks to her enthusiastic and passionate approach to guiding. Isabella’s deep connection to Oxford was evident throughout the tour, as she shared personal stories and insights with genuine excitement. Her ability to bring the campus’s history, traditions, and vibrant to made the visit truly engaging The is amazing. The fact that is done by students really gives you an insight on the living in college. The lasted 2 hours which is enough time to visit the most common places and few other bits. The who did the told us so many stories which you wouldn't know unless you take the tour. Atmosphere was incredible, it was raining at first then sunshine came out. We were 9 in the tour, so a nice number. I really this tour. is free but also relies on tips, so tip them generously ;) Amazing tour!!!! Makes you look at Oxford with different eyes since it is really overwhelming all the magnificent of this town. Joseph was our and we felt so fortunate to learn so much from an accomplished of Oxford New College. We had access to the interior of some colleges and truly understood how this university works today and in the past! A message from the Hunt Family - We did the 2pm Oxford University Walking with Footprints today. It was fantastic. 👏👏 Alice our was so informative and funny. She shared with us loads of interesting information about the colleges including their history, what you can study, students antics and social at Oxford University (and more) 😀 Her wonderful personality shone through and we loved all the extra interesting facts she shared with us. She answered all the questions we asked with patience and kindness, which added to our and made it one of the best walking tours I’ve done in the UK 💕 I think it’s that students do the themselves, as her pride of the university and an insight to what Oxford University can also offer students on top of academia, was just perfect for my teenage son whose already thinking of universities, even though he’s not even chosen his GCSE’s 😂 We would definitely Footprint Tours. Thank you Alice and luck in your final year 👏👏 My family and I strongly endorse Footprints Tours. Our guide, Mar, is very insightful and well-versed in the sites of Oxford. She articulates concepts clearly, making it easy to comprehend. Wow Wow Wow, Sam was amazing, a minute late and I can honestly say they save the best til last. I went on a around Pompeii 30 years ago with an alumni and I still remember it today because it was so good. Sam remind me of that tour. He has a lot of knowledge and put a lot of thought into how to deliver the in an entertaining, coordinated but educating manner and he also tied the story into the locations the group were travelling from. I could go again tomorrow as there was so much to learn. Hope to bring kids next time and do it again. Fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To truly get a impression of Oxford, this is simply a must. Not only does it give you a better understanding of how things work around the colleges and the university, but it also immerses you in the vibrant of the city. Thanks in large part to our guide, Alex, we had a fantastic day. Alex told everything in a vivid and engaging way, bringing the city’s rich to life. Before we knew it, the was unfortunately over. Truly a recommendation worth making. Will,as a who has just finished his English degree was an excellent sharing the of the university and some of the the quirky traditions of the Colleges. We even discovered that "trashing" isn't something that Oxford students do to their rooms after a drunken night out! His enthusiasm, delivery and humour made for an memorable two hour tour. Highly recommend.
