I have visited Gran Sasso 5 separate times through 20 years and every time Parti Di Tivo Resort has been a great experience. With that being said, the resort is currently without an owner and most of the resort's facilities including the gondolas are not open. If you were hoping for the easy way up to Gran Sasso, you will be disappointed. However, if you are physically capable, I highly recommend walking one of the many trails up Gran Sasso, just download all trails and you can see all the different trail heads which are clearly marked through the trails. The forest is stunning and worth the effort! Absolutely breathtaking! Wonderful place 👍 climbing the mountains or just relaxing & enjoying the views.
