My girlfriend and I mountain for 24h. The were great, in excellent condition, and perfect for all kinds of roads. We did off-roads on the cliffs (Fishermen’s Trail), the pine forest near Barão de São João, and asphalt roads across country side (Odiáxere - Barão de São João - Barão de São Miguel). Special thanks to my man Joshua! He was super helpful, and we felt like he got our backs. We felt safe. He let us know that he could show up and help us with the if any troubles occurred during our trip. But fortunately, there was no need for such an act. If you want to a SUP do it in advance, since if you go spontaneous you might find a problem to since many people want to them. The rest of the Coast supply team was also helpful when we tried to a SUP. They checked the weather to make sure it would be an enjoyable experience and not a battle with tides and wind. Fantastic experience renting a mountain bike from Coast. Great advice on where to go (the cliffs west of Lagos are a 2+ hr ride if you have reasonable fitness and are comfortable riding gravel track. Went rented for 4 hours (which went surprisingly quickly) to go around the coves/stacks near Lagos. The staff member (Stacey) was very friendly and made everything clear about what we needed to do and where to go and made sure we had all the correct kit and were aware of the wind conditions, which is what you want on holiday. The quality of the board and gear was and the price was very good. We were prepared by having cash deposit and ID ready when we went for the collection which the staff were grateful for so if you book make sure you have those things before you get there! 10/10 experience would highly recommend There is no better way to explore the back streets of Lagos town to the coastal beaches with wonderful restaurants dotted along the boardwalk way than on an e bike. All of a sudden the steep streets are as flat as Amsterdam and the farthest beaches are a freewheel away with regard to the effort required. It’s as if all good things await you downhill, but it’s the clever motor that pushes you on to wonderful explorations. staff, well informed, respectful and knowledgeable. All safety well appointed and good service all round. So this makes Coast a regular for us instead of shipping our bikes. I rented an excellent mountainbike at Coast Supply and went for a ride on the cliffs, west of Lagos. Two days later I returned to 2 softboards and wetsuits for a family surf session at porto de Mos. They have a pickup point behind the shop (you can find it on google maps to navigate to the point) and give you straps and things to be able to mount the boards on the roof of your car. All the equipment was in mint condition, service was great, prices were low. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended if you want to surf equipment or at Lagos.
