The seats are a cut above any I've ever experienced. They're not the standard fabric, and have a comfortable recline, perfect for settling in. Every seat truly feels like a premium spot. Now, I read some negative reviews. So here is my personal take on my experience. I’m 1m74 and had one of the best experiences of my life — perfect sightline to the screen. After 30 years of movie-going, I can honestly say I’ve never had a more comfortable seat or a clearer view, so I’m surprised by the visibility complaints. So I believe that if you're looking for an excellent cinematic experience, this is the place to go. I for one, was not disappointed! No place to sit while waiting for a movie to start. Probably the best in Slovenia at the moment. Staff is kind, tickets are not expensive, seats are comfortable and much better than before. Overall it is clean and in good condotion. Atmosphere is nice, without pressure. Popcorn is good, not so salty and not expensive. Danes sem obiskala kino Odiseja in moram reči, da sem bila res prijetno presenečena. Že sam prvi vtis, ko vstopiš, je izjemno pozitiven – vse deluje urejeno, moderno in z nekim prav posebnim »fensi« pridihom, ki ti takoj da občutek, kot da si stopil v malo drugačen svet. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno, nasmejano in pripravljeno pomagati, kar se danes, žal, ne vidi povsod. Od trenutka, ko sem prišla, do trenutka, ko sem odšla, se je čutilo, da jim je res mar za obiskovalce. Tudi notranjost kina je res lepa – čista, skrbno urejena in z veliko pozornosti do detajlov. Stolčki so udobni, dvorana pa prostorna, kar ti omogoča, da si film res ogledas v miru, brez občutka utesnjenosti. Zvok in slika sta bila na vrhunskem nivoju, kar je celotni izkušnji dodalo še tisti “wow” učinek. Sama izkušnja gledanja filma je bila res odlična, pa še občutek domačnosti je bil prisoten, kar je precej redek »combo«. Čeprav sem bila tam prvič, imam občutek, kot da bi se lahko hitro navadila hoditi tja redno – preprosto ima tisti poseben čar, ki te pritegne. Celotno okolje je sproščeno, a hkrati prefinjeno, tako da se počutiš skoraj kot na nekem posebnem večernem izletu, tudi če greš samo gledat film. Res je lepo videti, da obstajajo prostori, kjer je poskrbljeno tako za udobje kot za estetiko, in kjer osebje ustvari prijetno, skoraj domačo atmosfero. Če povzamem – kino Odiseja je idealna izbira za vse, ki si želite malo bolj posebne filmske izkušnje, z vrhunsko postrežbo, prijaznim osebjem in res prijetnim ambientom. Zagotovo se bom še vrnila, ker je to kraj, kjer ti ogled filma ostane v spominu še dolgo po tem, ko se zavrti zadnji kader. ⚠️ WARNING: Horrible Attitude & The “VIP” Scam Cinema management is fighting a stupid war with McDonald’s downstairs, and we (the customers) are paying the price. Their rule is simple but crazy: no outside food allowed, even if you bought it right downstairs. What happened at the entrance was just shameful. First, a lady told us we could eat our snacks upstairs before entering. We sat down, but a minute later, a security guard came and told us we could ONLY eat McDonald’s inside McDonald’s. This is ridiculous! We had “VIP” tickets for seats with tables, but we were forced to go back downstairs with our 2 Cokes and nuggets like little kids. Even the staff knows this rule is stupid, but they blame “cameras everywhere.” The funniest part? After the movie, we went back to McDonald’s for coffee and saw the same security guard and staff eating there. You can’t make this up. Now about the “VIP” experience. It is a complete waste of money. They made the very last row into “VIP,” and it’s a terrible idea. The View: The screen is too far away. The Sound: The ceiling is too low, right above your head, so the sound is bad. The Comfort: The chair barely moves back (maybe 10 degrees?). My cheap office chair is better. There is zero extra leg space. The Table: You have a table (but you can’t use it for your food!) and a wireless charger right under your elbow. If you charge your phone, you can’t rest your arm. Genius design. Look at the attached photo—this is the “VIP” view. In an era where streaming services offer convenience and massive 4K TVs are in every living room, cinemas should be fighting for every single customer to get them off their comfortable couches.
