Beautiful small theater with excellent programming especially the Ballet work from the company Ballett X Schwerin, led brilliantly by Xenia Wiest. Was there to watch with my kid "Zauberer der Smaragdstadt" (or something like this) on 23rd Dec. 18 & we had a lot of fun. The actors were passionate about their roles & the costumes were great. You really just gotta make sure you pay for better seatings or otherwise you won't have much fun since you can't see in worst case nothing OR have to STAND durimg the whole play. Luckily our seats were OK. Beautiful building but currently covered by a construction and scarf folding. Tolllll! Great program and short ways to inner city and the beautifully castle Beautiful theater and surroundings. One of the most Beautiful theaters of the region, I highly recomend it. Really pretty place and a great show... Shame we live so far and can't enjoy it more ofter but should you visit Schwerin you should go. Fam.
