Nice place but they have deteriorated in the last couple of years. My fried red beets were cold and they no longer serve schmaltz with bread as an appetizer! To get it one has to go to their buffet (somewhere...) and bring over to your table on your own. Weird! Also there were no potato pancakes on the menu! The main reason I came here! We ordered 1 beer - they brought us 2 and said it was on them.... nice but they charged us for TWO! Other than that it was fine. Externally the size of this establishment is deceiving, it is cavernous inside with many rooms and halls on the ground floor and about a dozen guest rooms upstairs, with at least one of which offered it's own private sauna! It may seem a bit silly to make mention of the 'sorówka' amongst all the delicious food on offer but this REALLY was exceptional. Polite and good service. Delicious and authentic food- really good pierogi and cold beet soup. Bread was also delicious and the lemonade too. The interior design and atmosphere looks really cool and vintage. Very funny place and worth spending a night there. Good for one or maximum two night stay. It is a with couple of hotel rooms on top. The building and its surroindings are amazing - just like in the old photos of Polish countryside. Even walking from the car park to the entrance is all about experiencing the difficulties of past eras. Inside not too mich different. All in same style of old country hot that I would locate somewhetr between end of eighteenth and beginning of nineteenth century. However the rooms are very spacious, cozy and clean - yest simple. We had a hot tub with a whirlpool and it was very revitalizing when we arrived close to midnight and very tired. Breakfasts are very traditional with very limited gluten free choice, but after all this place is about oldstyle look and oldstyle food and that is exactly what you get. Come, enjoy and imagine what life looked like back then. I had a truly delightful and family-friendly experience at Gościniec Oycowizna, where the staff's incredible attentiveness, the mouthwatering kotlet schabowy, and the warm, cozy ambiance combined to create a charming atmosphere. As two adults with a baby, we felt welcomed and comfortable. A must-visit for superb food and top-notch service. Mega tasty food, excellent friendly staff and very big parking around the restaurant! If I could I'd give this place six stars! I organised a family gathering for 30 pax on a Sunday. The planning and communication with the management was easy and efficient. The is huge and obviously very popular, as there were several parties hosted in the main hall and the private rooms, plus individual guests in the restaurant. Despite the business, the and whole organisation was incredibly efficient and professional. A special kudos to the amazing staff and our lovely waitress Rokosana. It's rare to experince such an amazing customer service! The food was outstanding. Everything from traditional polish spreads, pickles and cold cuts (we loved the smoked duck), through delicious żurek to one of the best meringue layer cakes with seasonal fruits I've ever tasted, that converted even those who claimed not to like meringue. The decor in Oycowizna is traditional and really lovely. The outside area offers plenty of attractions for kids, including a large playground and a mini animal farm. I can't speak for the hotel part, but can truly and highly recommend the for any family party. I wasn't a guest in the hotel, and only came here since it was recommended by a local for having great polish food. Short summary: after eating here I actually contemplated moving to Warsaw. The food was excellent, fresh, and delicious! Absolutely worth every penny spent! Will be coming back when visiting Warsaw! I knew I'd love this place as soon as I ordered a beer before checking the menu and the waiter brought two, explaining that they have a 1+1 thing going on. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The food was tasty I tried russian style pierogies and pierogies with meat and they were good; grilled pork tenderloin was also tasty 👌 I stayed the night and the room was rustically stylish, clean and nice. En-suite sauna is the best 👍 Very authentic place to eat genuine polish cuisine If I could, I’d give this place six stars! I hosted a family gathering for 30 people on a Sunday, and the planning and communication with management were smooth and effortless. The is massive and clearly very popular, with multiple parties and regular guests dining at the same time, yet everything ran flawlessly. and organization were incredibly professional, and the staff were outstanding—special thanks to our wonderful waitress, Rokosana. Exceptional customer like this is truly rare! Overpriced and not particularly good food. The chicken we ordered was half cooked. If you come in a bigger group you pay 10% extra; this is how they squeeze tips for mediocre service. In other parts of Poland you can get a discount if there are more orders. Not recommended.
