Not what I expected, shame but not for me , Superb place, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, just started a brand new setup and assistance all the way through has been great.... Lovely layout with a wide variety of and products, staff, clean environment, reasonable prices. Fantastic store with a variety of accessories, freshwater fish, plants, large wood / aquascaping items, marine and coral. I’ll definitely be popping back over. Place is big, lots to choose from, and walk through a little farm with stuff to buy also. Probably the best in the area. The is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. I visit quite often and while I do understand long wait times sometimes, the are pleasant and helpful. Very knowledgable and will take time out of their day to advise you if you ask. The stock is well priced and there’s always something new in the tanks. 🐠 Good safe keeping practices, and will let you reserve any you like if they’ve not been in the store long enough. Really good service from the moment I walked in. Would like to mention Tyrone especially for all his help. Really took his time to go through all the wants and needs to get me started. I left with a tank, knowledge and all the goods I need to get me on my way. This will be my source of goods from now on. Genuinely the best customer service I've had in ages. This place is a real gem. I brought my son in to look at the huge variety of and he was captivated. The tanks are all clean and the livestock looks incredibly healthy. I needed some advice on setting up my small tank, and the were just brilliant. They patiently helped me figure out the best plants, but the standout moment was when they told me I'd be better off buying my hardware, like LEDs and filters, from Amazon to save cash. I was genuinely taken aback by the honesty. It proves they care more about hobbyists than just making a quick sale. That single act has secured my loyalty, and I'll be buying all my livestock from them going forward. It's so nice not to feel pressured. Keep up the excellent work. Would definitely visit again. We needed help to find the right Pleco for our and had loads of help from their knowledgeable assistant. She advised us of the adult sizes of the various types of plecos and ended up with a fab fish. Whilst looking for it, we couldn't help noticing how clean the tanks were and how healthy all the looked It was a shopping experience and prices were a lot cheaper than those where we live in East Kent. That amazing I’m filled like baby Rude condescending who gave me the most ridiculous scaremongering 'advice'. Act like they're doing you a favour by letting you in. I advise going somewhere that actually welcomes customers and doesn't talk **!* Good potential, good variety of stock, but smells damp probably because of the carpets around the aquariums, never a good idea. The guys working in there are though Found them very rude unless you buy a set up from them!!! they a reluctant to really help just try and put you down. ask if it is possible for a someone to come and service my regularly to do water changes also to look after my when I'm away once again rude and very up themselfs like they are better than everyone else. I was even close to losing my temper due to sly rude comments, manners cost nothing, this is something they really need to lean. But there is mother and son who work there and are extremely helpfull and polite. Had a nice selection of marine and corals 🪸 so for first time I've brought from them i now my have been infected. And could lose all my because of it. I would avoid this unless you have a quarantine to put them in to make sure the or corals are not carrying disease!!!
