Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Recently visited with around 8 family members - the booking process was very difficult through the website. I was also unable to pre register due to issues with their systyem. We asked one of the workers if we could use the total wipe out area in the corner and got told no this is out of use, however 2-3 after a group of english white where let on this area which we were denied too. We felt this was discrimination against our race. We were all British asain. The girl who served us at the however was nice As a guest at birthday party in October it wasn't bad. But I would not go there during summer warm or hot months. Clearly they have problems with ventilation and air condition. The adventure golf here is great. 12 holes all with an American theme. Spent around 25 going round. Each hole has something iconic to do with America. Went here off peak so was only £12 for an adult & a child. fun place to take the to wear them out. So much more than just a bounce too, there are little extras like a soft area, battle games wear you stand on a beam and try get your opponent off by using the inflatable provided, and beams to walk on too. Also a place for adults to sit and watch, although I always found the music a little loud to be able to hold a conversation easily, but you can purchase drinks and snacks. The place is so loved by but on two recent visits the air conditioning was broken. This wasn't working, that wasn't working. Not the young member of staffs fault just very poorly run. Like other have stated in their reviews. You go online and the option to book the amount of attending is easy. I arrived and saw a family option at reception. Then looking online later, the family option has sneakily been hidden in such a way to fool people. I feel like I got ripped off by £13.80 exactly the same as loads of other have said. The that make you the safety video can also be aggressive and rude shouting at telling them to the safety video. with additional needs or anxiety issues find it extreme difficult to stand in the box and be made to do a warm up so close to other children. It wouldn’t be hard to put up extra screens for to at head height not little screens 10ft up in the air. The ice drinks at £5 a could at least be refillable for the as that is a rip off. Whilst my oldest enjoyed himself the whole for an hour of jumping, rude and 3 cold drinks for £70 is a bit of a rip off. We won’t be returning. I've not been to this venue for probably a year Last we came, there was a big slush puppy machine wall with free refills. Ok fair enough they changed that bit what has wound me up is I paid £5 for what is advertised on Thier website as the plastic twisty bottle with the lid and bendy straw. Instead what I got was a medium sized plastic cup (500ml) with a dome lid, so I feel that has been misrepresented and missold to me due to what is shown on Thier website Not only that, they now only either have blue or red Fanta frozen or coca cola frozen and no refills. In comparison I could have got 350ml cups for £3.50 each. Or allowed my two to share since 500ml of frozen drink is quite a lot to consume in the space of one hour while playing on the trampolines Now, it isn't the that concerns me it's more the fact I was led to believe given the photos on Thier website that I would also be buying the big twisty plastic bottle too, which we have had in the past and unfortunately lost. Overall... While the place is great...the fact there is a misinterpretation of product sold and they are not even slush puppies they are fizzy frozen drinks on Thier website they get a 3 star review My husband and I took our 5 year old and she thoroughly enjoyed it! We went for the last hour and it was very quiet which we preferred as it was her first time. She has been asking to go back everyday since visiting. Suitable for all ages. Very positive experience! I always had a when it comes to at this venue. Always polite, smiling, kind, warm and child orientated approach. Shout out to Poppy for the amazing entertainment provided for my cheeky little man and other today :) Amazing work! Went above and beyond to keep the occupied. It seemed that you genuinely enjoyed yourself as well. Thank you! VIB membership is also an amazing value! No more I would expect. Happy mum. - Took 20 to sign in due to having to check in after queuing, with the assistant very unhelpful, brusque and somewhat frustrating - Poor gents toilets: cramped, smelly and no soap - Far too few tables for customers - No card payments in the cafe, not even a sign telling you, and in a physical environment, need water + had fun Not reflected in scoring: I feel the price is very high. Your will have fun, but it’ll be more draining on the adults imo Really unhappy with the experience. Very overpriced as when we got there half of the activities weren't open. Towards the end of the session they opened up more activities. My son waiting to go on the spinning one. Waited in the queue as told by the Marshall and then the Marshall told him he had to leave because of his wristband colour. My kid waited over 5 and still wasn't able to go on what he wanted to and was upset as we had to leave. I spoke to the Marshall but he didn't have anything to say to me and just looked away. Very rude. Very unprofessional and won't be going back again as there are much better places out there to entertain the for a lot less money!! Would not recommend. Save your money! Not the best trampoline park we’ve been to, but ok. You can’t as a parent unless you buy a pair of their socks, which is ridiculous just to stand there and watch! but a good way for them to make more I guess! £1.50 for a packet of crisps WOW! If you want a good trampoline park experience, go to Flip out or Urban jump. We wouldn’t go to Gravity again! Good place for family fun I recently did a trial shift at Gootopia and had a experience! The staff, especially Thanika and Elizabeth, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They took the to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the role. I was really impressed by how interactive and engaging they were with the — their energy and enthusiasm made the whole environment feel fun and positive. It was clear they love what they do, and it made my there even more enjoyable. Thanks again to the team for making me feel so comfortable and supported. Getting better each time. Cannot fault the activity itself although find the golf pointless and always empty. Gravity Maidstone would be better off using that space for climbing walls instead as we love the Bluewater one but bit far for last minute plans. The try their best despite it being packed and can never find someone to serve in the cafe because 2 of them are running everything it seems. As you can imagine, hard to get enthusiastic when probably paid bare minimum. Cleanliness is always an issue here, used to be so much worse. Tables full of rubbish and toilets not clean. Getting better, seem to have the right but a lack of management is clear. It’s a good place to visit for the but looking tiered and dated imo. Too long to check in meant we lost 10 mins and then another 5-7 for warmup because the lady “was busy” if I hadn’t of argued my need extra time, she wasn’t allowing it.. had to explain to the manager who was good and didn’t see the issue at all so we got the full hour we paid for .. ironically. I took my grandchildren to Gravity Maidstone on Tuesday Feb 18th. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately about 15minutes before the end of their session my youngest grandson Arlo aged 7 fell and knocked his knee on the side of one of the trampolines which caused him discomfort forcing him to stop jumping and became quite upset. We alerted the Marshal Ellis who found him, comforted him and really looked after him. He in turn called someone to assess his injury. Unfortunately I can not recall his name but he too was so kind and attentive. An ice pack was provided which helped. After a while Arlo was able to walk without too much discomfort and all was well. I would like to express my thanks to these two men who really were chatting to him, and making sure that he was safe and given to recover. Thank you Best regards Jo DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SEN CHILDREN. I went today, my son was having a sensory meltdown down due to the socks and I explained to the worker that he wouldn’t be able to the video, due to being 3 years old and non verbal, only to be told he would have to stand in the box while watching it, I also asked if we could sit while watching to be told no again. he proceeded to scream the entire time, a bit of discretion could have prevented this. I appreciate the video needed to be watched but on toddler and parent sessions, surely this would only need to be seen by the parent responsible. I asked if I could it and he could go on, a flat no, and an eye roll. I left and did not bounce because of this, a waste of and money, I will never visit again, and will tell other SEN parents not to as well. If I could give no stars I would Not for younger kids. Cost £36 for an hour as I had to go on too. He is 3 years old and too young for basically everything apart from the trampolines, so this is very expensive for what he could do. Some of it was closed too. They could easily improve this by letting parents of under 5s go free or a reduced price for under 5s in the first place given they're too small for most of it. We still had some fun but he left disappointed with what he could do and I thought it was a rip off time. toilets could be cleaner I had an amazing here! The were super friendly and welcoming, making everything from check-in to the farewell really enjoyable. The activities, especially trampolining, were a hit with my family, and I loved the value for money. The place was spotless, and the atmosphere was buzzing. Can’t wait to return in the next month!
