Bohužel musím velmi negativně hodnotit přístup personálu. Ke krádeži zřejmě došlo v noci, a přestože zaměstnanci už v brzkých ranních hodinách zjistili, že byl vyvrácený plot kempu a došlo k odcizení kol, nijak situaci neřešili a neinformovali nás. Vše jsme začali řešit až my sami, když jsme se probudili a vyšli ven z karavanu. Po rozhovorech s ostatními hosty i místními obyvateli jsme se dozvěděli, že krádeže v tomto kempu jsou takřka na denním pořádku. O to víc nás mrzí, že nás nikdo z personálu předem neupozornil na zvýšené riziko a nutnost dbat na zabezpečení osobních věcí. Až po krádeži nám bylo sděleno, že bychom si kola mohli uzamknout do společné kuchyňky – bohužel pozdě. Celkově hodnotím přístup personálu jako velmi tristní a neprofesionální, zvlášť s ohledem na bezpečnost hostů a jejich majetku.
