Lovely luxury hotel with excellent service, good wellness and wine tasting their own cellar. Very cute castle , a good winery attached to it and excellent wines too We had an absolutely awful experience organizing an event here. The communication with them was chaotic and difficult, they didn’t know how to use Zoom, they never took time to speak to us and disregarded all our attempts to communicate. They misinterpreted our emails that were very clear about what we wanted our guests to be served, they didn’t apply any common logic to think about how many guests we have and how much should be enough, the waiters were so rude that our guests were scared to ask any questions about the food. They didn’t make notes of how much wine we ordered, so they charged us according to their guess. They destroyed our event with international guests from all over the world, China, New York, Germany, France, they brought shame to Slovakia and made fools out of us. They had a despicable attitude full of stubbornness all along, without admitting their mistakes and without apologizing. We left a 50€ tip out of politeness after the meal and they used it against us saying it must not have been so bad after all, the most ridiculous and despicable thing to use against us. We have never seen this level of incompetence and rudeness anywhere in the world. Yet, it is sad that their monopoly of the area is what makes them survive. It is heartbreaking that this is Slovakia. The pitiful approach about money and lack of caring about our satisfaction of the management is out of this world. If this is the way things in Slovakia work, it really is not worth coming here. One of the best New Year eve parties I ever enjoyed! You are on real castle castle with history form 13 century,which was fully renovated and refurbished. Great services, excellent food, and and wellness centre. The castle owner is very active, organises a number of concerts and other events. Warmly recommend place only 20 km from Bratislava 😊 If you like museum and art from different parts of world..this is perfect place to visit.. They have underground cellar with amazing wine. ❤️ A lovely place as a part of a Pezinok Castle, straight next to a hotel. We tried some wine before we decided which ones we love the most! Also, you can walk through underground basements to see vintage old toolsfor free .. A local wine museum... Anyway, my favourite was Sauvignon! Visited for Halloween, and found tasty local wines and food along with a wine-based quiz (!), and children entertainment too. Fun for all!
