To start with, the car was listed as "available," yet it took one and a half months before I could actually pick it up. When I finally arrived at the dealership, having traveled from another city and after waiting in line, I was informed that the car needed to be washed and that I'd have to wait. While I understand the need for a clean car, I was not expecting a two-hour wait for a wash. I even offered to help speed up the process, but to no avail. The ambiance and customer made me feel as if I were buying a budget smartphone rather than a high-end electric car. After two hours, the sales representative simply handed me a plastic key, helped me attach the plates, and left me to figure everything out on my own. Being new to electric cars, it would have been nice to have even a basic orientation. How to start the car, use the wipers, operate the lights, sync my devices, etc. While I managed to figure these out on my own, it consumed unnecessary time. A friend of mine bought a car at half the price from another dealership and received double the attention, complimentary gifts, and additional devices. Overall, while the car itself is fantastic, the buying left a lot to be desired. It felt more like a transaction than an experience. Tesla, you can do better. the only negative point about this dealer is that its always busy. theres only 3-4 staff on the show room floor so there can be a bit of a wait if youre not lucky arriving at the same time as everyone else. i came to model 3 and the process was very smooth. they send me tutorial video before arrival so I can learn about the car so upon arrival, i could hop in and go. I've been waiting for four months to receive a VAT refund. Three times I've received emails claiming 'the transfer has just been issued' on three different dates, yet for some reason it hasn't reached my bank on any of those occasions. Despite reaching out to various Tesla Warsaw email addresses, I am now being ignored. I'm still without my VAT refund and continue to be ignored... Before making an order they offered me a longer from 17 to 9 am in the morning of the next day. Emailed them to order spare suspension parts. No reply for several weeks, went to the dealership itself. They just said “please wait 5 mins, employee from will come to you”, waited for 2 hours to know that email is the only way to order spare parts. The manager immediately lost my purchase order, and then because of his fault, I couldn't get a free charging offer. He just said that these things happen. All my subsequent questions were ignored, as was Tesla itself. So, big plus for the car, huge minus for the service. It's a pity that it's like this. -- Moreover, it's funny that Tesla itself asked me for feedback after the purchase of the car. I described the situation and still got ignored :) Skorzystałem w tym salonie z możliwości wykonania jazdy testowej na dosyć długim dystansie. Na podstawie tego doświadczenia mogę ocenić że tesla jest dobrym samochodem może spełnić moje oczekiwania. Jednak szczególną na uwagę zasługuje miła obsługa i opieka Pani Weroniki. Odbyciu jazdy testowej poprosiłem Teslę o dokonanie wyceny mojego samochodu który chciałbym zostawić w rozliczeniu. I na tej podstawie mogę stwierdzić że tesla prócz produkcji samochodów zajmuje się również lichwą . Wycenili mój samochód na 40% wartości rynkowej. Z wizerunkowego punktu widzenia lepiej byłoby w ogóle nie zajmować się odkupem używanych samochodów. I nie obrażać ludzi. Well……. You want to this with any other brand !!!!! Professional approach, every car available, not stupidly long procedures when driving and most importantly- kind approach. You want find this today anymore with well established brands especially beemer or merc…. They should learn from Tesla. And cars?
