Great customer service. Nice center. Lanes well maintained. Would have given it 5 stars except the snack leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service at snack bar is okay, and food was meh... I hadn't bowl in awhile but had such a phenomenal with sister. It all came back, like riding a bike. is soooo much fun!!! Good food, great company, Beautiful place!!! Great atmosphere and great employees. Thank you! Fun day at the center with my children. Cheap couple of hours for all the family. Drink and food also served and shoes included in the price. Highly recommend Nice and clean alley. My family and I had such a wonderful time. The reason for my 4 star review is due to the lack of AC and the food being pretty expensive. We were sweating up a storm and we could have spent the same amount of money at Chili’s (in the same parking lot) that we did here. Besides this, we walked in and got a lane and had an overall good time. We paid $20 for a lane for an hour and I believe each pair of shoes were about $2.75. They also required our vaccine card for people over 18 and above. 1 hour is 20$. With 4 people you can do 2 games in that tine frame. Staff is very nice and helpful Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Staff are rude. Not kid friendly. More than half of the lanes are open but they wouldn’t allow our party to occupy any of them due to a few lanes being taken by a league. Working hours are better than active duty soldiers. Holidays, off 4 days. Anytime theres free for soldiers rest assured this center will also be getting that off and closing early. The lanes were clean and the atmosphere was fun, but our experience was soured when an employee (a short woman with a bob haircut) who sits in the first office to the right when you walk in — refused to give us a size 7 ball, saying they were “only for kids.” There weren’t any kids needing it at the time, and we even offered to return it if one did. If I’m not strong enough for heavier balls, why can’t I use one? With no posted policy, the whole interaction felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
