Closed on Monday😶 We were originally under the impression that we had rented the place for ourselves (group of 10) but there were other people there. We were initially a bit turned off that it was mostly kids, but it turned out that the place is big enough, staff is very friendly and helpful. They teach you how to do tricks if you are interested too. We had a time. We are all grown adults. Had daughters here. Employees were very nice and helpful. Spoke good English. Clean establishment. Some of the benches need to be replaced bc they are broken. I wish there was a little more to do there jump wise, but for only an hour it was good. We will be coming back! They told us to arrive 30 minutes before our reserved time, but they were closed. So we had to wait in our cars in the parking lot for a half hour. We booked a but learned when we got there that they had double booked the room. If I knew I had to share a small space with another that was happening simultaneously, I would not have booked. The room was dirty, multiple hairs on the table, sticky spots and stains on the tables and chairs. Can't say the same for the rude young lady at the register. She kept on running her hand through her hair and had a displeasing attitude. When ordering food she touched the food with her bare hands after handling cash. I wouldn't recommend eating here due to unsanitary handling of food. Management was not responsive regarding my concern either. That's why I can only give one star. Exceptional experience and a place to have a party. Every single table was dirty; we booked a and our table/surface was dirty. No one came to clean between/after parties ended. Took over an hour to receive our pizza. Bathrooms needed attention. Whether the children had fun, I feel, is the least of your concerns. The staff that was working September 20, 2025 need to be addressed. The facilities needed attention and they were too busy socialising with friends. I can only speak on my visit/experience, and this is what I experienced that day. Die Fotos auf der Homepage und auch die ganze Beschreibung ist sehr irreführend. Wir haben einen "unvergesslichen Kindergeburtstag" erwartet und sind extra 30 km angefangen, stattdessen wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Im Eingangsbereich ist uns als erstes dann die vereiste Slush Eis Maschine aufgefallen. Der Tisch war unfertig dekoriert. Keine Servietten, keine Luftballons wie auf der Homepage zu sehen. Eine Snackbox, etwas Süßigkeiten und Gummibärchen waren vorhanden. Bei der Pizza hatten wir die Wahl. Wir wollten eine Margarita und eine Salami. Leider wurde uns kurz vom Essen dann mitgeteilt, dass es leider keine Salami-Pizza mehr gab. Das größte Thema war aber die Sauberkeit. Nach der Geburtstagsfeier hab ich dann per Email mit dem Geschäftsführer Kontakt aufgenommen. Für ihn war alles nur ein "kurzfristiger Personalmangel", "kurzfristiger Defekt" und und und. Zur Entschuldigung haben wir einen zweiten Gutschein bekommen. 20 Tage später haben wir dann die Gutscheine auch eingelöst und wollten wissen, ob es vielleicht doch nur ein kurzfristiger Zustand war aber es hatte sich leider nicht gerade viel geändert. Wir waren schon öfters da.,aber heute war es wirklich schmutzig , Der Boden war einfach ekelhaft ,die Toiletten dreckig , die Mülltonne überlaufen, der Wickelraum eine Kältekammer. Der Kleinkind Spielbereich genau das gleiche Bild . In dem Zustand werd ich die Halle nicht mehr besuchen. Sehr schade. War sehr schön und die Kids hatten jede Menge Spaß, danke dafür!
