This hotel is dire need of a full renovation. The furniture is old, beds are uncomfortable, and the AC doesn’t cool the room very well. Furthermore, the pool opens from 1100 - 2030 so you can swim early in the morning or late at night. The common areas are also a bit old looking and the internet is very slow if you can even get a signal. The free parking was the only perk. I’ll stay somewhere else next time I visit Toledo. When we made the booking we choose this spa to relax. However, upon arrival many families with children entered as well. This made the environment not for relaxation due to the overall loudness & manners of the children. Came to relax, however left less relaxed than how I entered. Unfortunately,if we were informed accordingly we either would have chosen a different time & day or we would have chosen a different spa to visit.
