My mum found her all within her budget and there was no pressure to purchase anything nor any pressure to spend more than our budget. Staff didn't pick any extra based on my likes so I only tried the ones my entourage had spotted. Some of the had make up and fake tan on which was disappointing and the prices weren't as reasonable as I was expecting. Elite Bridal’s VIP package was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I stepped in, the staff made me like a true VIP — their attention to detail, patience, and expertise were out of this world. They helped me find the that made me stunning and confident on my big day. The whole process was smooth, special, and unforgettable. I’m so grateful to Elite Bridal for making my wedding journey truly magical! For various reasons, I visited Elite Bridal, Castleford on my own and I could not have asked for a nicer experience. I was welcomed by some ladies but it was Jenny who looked after me during my appointment. After a conversation explaining a couple of things, Jenny had me trying on after 5 or so minutes. She found the most for me straight away. I tried on various styles but couldn't shake the one (the one I never knew I wanted). It was the best and happiest I had felt in a long time. I loved it! The store did not carry many options for that I was looking for, and that's ok as I understand not every store will have every style. However, the I had was quite a let down. I booked an but I felt I was passed on from one staff to another to wait until someone decided to give me a hand. No one was rude but service felt very impersonal and unwelcoming - very much like a 'you try, you don't like, ok now move on' vibe. A also had a big stain on it. I'm glad others had a good experience, that's why I made a journey here, but shame we did not the same. I cannot thank Jenny enough for helping me find my dress. From the moment the started, Jenny made me completely calm and at ease, which was such a relief as I walked in feeling a bit nervous. The touch of offering complimentary tea, coffee, and Prosecco made the truly special and welcoming. Jenny has the most lovely, warm manner that instantly settled my nerves and she truly made me like nothing was too much trouble. I was completely absorbed in the process and didn't even realize the had run nearly an hour over the allotted time, but Jenny didn't rush me at all! It was absolutely no problem for her, which shows how dedicated she is. She helped me find my dream and all the accessories to go with it. The pricing was also incredibly reasonable, offering fantastic quality without breaking the bank. Kate welcomed us and made me very comfortable and relaxed before we even started. We were in a nice secluded area with comfy sofas and we were offered tea and coffee (we had a morning appointment). Kate was fantastic, she understood exactly what I wanted and every we tried helped us narrow down until we found my dress, it was Kate's pick in the end which I chose! She helped customize it to make it unique to the sort of style I liked. They even had a fun styled area for 'she said yes to the dress' photos afterwards. What a fab experience, thank you!! I had Issy helping me and she was so the whole time and made me so comfortable with dresses. So shocked after trying what felt like 100 different styles in a sauna! I actually found THE dress!
