Good spot for kid's party celebrations though, be aware if you go on Wednesday... it will be packed with kids (obvious, as there is an offer on Wednesday for kids). The fun will greatly depend on who your opponents may be. If they are fun, you'll have a time. If they are bullies or don't know how to play properly, you'll feel like you've wasted a lot of money. But we cannot blame the establishment for the kind of kids that may join your experience so, overall the place is nice Funny for one time. They let to many people into it. And three teams.. and the colors were chaning during the game... would be better when you have a fixed with your common friends were you know... but yes funny for a birthday or something, for young ald old of course. Did as a event. So much better than expected! Everyone had a time. Take into account you will sweat a lot. Some rules were not clearly explained though, and the changing room was not nor divided by gender (better to change at home) This was perfect for a event. The people there, were very friendly and explained all the different games and were very accommodating. Super good place. Totally recommended. Not recommended for birthday parties for younger children. I went there with 9 kids (8-10 y.o.), the assignments were random, the last round was with a group of teenagers that were explicitly bullying them both verbally ("losers", "lames", "you should all go home") and physically (knocking away their guns, or holding it in their hands while the others shot them). We complained to the organizers, they said they cannot do anything :-( . Then the lunch (part of the package) was 15 mins late, which I spent among 9 crying kids... Update: I upgraded the review to two stars, as the place called us after reading the review, discussed our concerns, and they seem to work towards the right goals (everyone should have fun). Hopefully others have a better experience. I also corrected the lunch wait from 30 to 15 minutes as they claimed to be - it sure felt longer. We went for a event and had a blast. Woll definitely come back!! Went there for my birthday and really enjoyed the game. Everyone had fun and we didn’t have any issues with the equipment. BUT the staff was quite unfriendly and when we were done and wanted to pay, we had to wait 10min for the employee to come back to the reception. We were there well before closing time, and the whole place was ready to close, which made us feel very unwelcome. I do recommend it, but be aware of the game’s simplicity and the staff being a bit unfriendly. Otherwise the game in itself was fun. Loads of fun for Zoe’s birthday party! The overall experience was okay but they should tell you he players before hand that they should not follow people after they kill and that they should not spawn kill and it’s pretty small for a laser tag arena Hat so viel spass gemacht habe mich gefühlt ein kleines kind. We had a lot of fun with friends, all organisation was great. Excellent service and very helpful staff, we had a big company of 11 boys and really appreciate all the support from the team. The cake was a hit and all food just yummy. Highly recommended for parties! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 11 Kindern für einen Kindergeburtstag in der Laser Arena Zürich. Leider war es eine Enttäuschung von A bis Z! Schon zu Beginn wurden wir von einer gestressten Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich empfangen. Der Tisch, der für die 11 Kinder vorbereitet war, war viel zu klein und nur mit grosser Mühe haben wir es geschafft, dass wir einen grösseren Tisch bekommen, obwohl das Lokal praktisch leer war. Bei der Einweisung der Kinder in der Spielhalle hat die Mitarbeiterin die Kinder ungerechtfertigt angeschrien, sie hätten etwas am Computer gemacht. Die im Programm inbegriffenen Hamburger waren unterdurchschnittlich, einige Kinder haben nicht aufgegessen, was normalerweise bei Hamburgern nie vorkommt. Während der ganzen Zeit nach dem Essen bis wir das Lokal verliessen, hat niemand den Tisch abgeräumt oder nachgefragt, ob jemand noch was trinken möchte. Wenn man für einen Kindergeburtstag über 500 Franken ausgibt, bin ich schon der Meinung, dass man eine etwas freundlichere und serviceorientiertere Behandlung erwarten kann. Das war leider das erste und letzte Mal, dass wir die Laser Arena besucht haben! David und Flora sind cool. Es hat Spass gemacht.
