Then, when we wanted to have a Sauna infusion, due to corona regulations, there were only 8 places where one could put bath sandals which would have been okay if not for the guests who "reserved" their places by putting them there ahead of time. Ridiculous!! And the currywurst we ordered in the restaurant was cold! Dirty tables and washing area,rude front desk staff and restaurant service very poor.Loud and unruly clients at the smoking area,and to my suprise some restaurant staff members were part of this group!.. Full body massage for 75euro not worth it,the lady doesnt know a thing about body massage,just wants to chat the whole 60minutes!! Allerdings hochpreisig und man muss sich 15 Minuten früher in die Aufgüsse setzen, um noch Platz zu bekommen, das ist schade. I attended four sauna infusion ceremonies: A fruit sauna infusion, the double Wenik (this is a Russian style ceremony with a birch), a meditation sauna infusion and finally a menthol sauna infusion. Die Ruheräume, die Gastro sind nicht gemütlich, man könnte es eher als funktional bezeichnen. Zudem war es recht kühl in der Anlage. Es gab auch keine Hintergrund Musik/Melodie es war nur die Betriebskulisse zu hören, auch in den Ruheräumen. Dadurch ist die Atmosphäre in dieser Sauna eher mit einem Schwimmbadbesuch zu vergleichen.
