There is a possibility to take a taxi to Los Gigantes for 10 eur. Small stand selling cold drinks. Be sure to chechk that taxi is working before walking down! Otherwise taxi goes after 30 min or so. A therenis a concrete dam from where you can board the boat. A little further there is a small area as well. Geweldig maar gevaarlijk It is a beautiful bay with the clearest in Tenerife. It is however only accessible by boats as famous Masca hike is now closed due to some rocks falling.
