We came as a group of 4 and I had accidentally booked Jumanji which turned out to be the most difficult room. No bother for our group as we did all enjoy the challenge. I have to say this is one of the best presented businesses I have ever encountered. It was €65 for the and we had so much fun with the interactivity in the puzzles. Our watching us through the cameras was lovely even when we were a bit stuck and didn’t see the obvious answer. The air conditioning in the was an absolute relief from the heat outside so being stuck in a for an hour was not a problem. We had our photos taken after we finished and they are a lovely little reminder of our visit. Would absolutely visit again and try a few other out! Fantastic from start to finish. Did the Nightmare which gave us lots of frights. Really put together well with attention to detail with challenging puzzles/riddles. Our Dasha was brilliant. Entertaining, engaging and made us think Sherlock room! We solved Harry Potter 2 years ago here and now back to crack another room. interior and probs make you feel like real Sherlock and Watson. Very logical and medium level of difficulty. We managed to solve in 57 minutes without any help from the staff. A girl who works there is very friendly and polite. She took pictures of us at the end as well :) We had an absolutely wonderful at the Harry Potter-themed in Tenerife. We went as a family with our 6-year-old, and it was pure magic from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredibly immersive, with beautifully designed sets, high-quality decorations, and clever, technology-driven that made the whole adventure exciting and engaging for all of us. What impressed us even more was how family-friendly and well-prepared the was – everything was available in three languages (Spanish, English, and Russian), not just for the host’s explanations, but also for all hints and even the in-room objects. This made it easy and comfortable for everyone to enjoy the without missing any details. The were logical, creative, and perfectly balanced in difficulty, so we could all participate and contribute. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and now we can’t wait to come back and try their other – they have so many different, interesting themes to choose from! I recently experienced the Jumanji in Tenerife, and it was fantastic! The adventure starts the moment you step inside. The room's design is immersive, with detailed jungle-themed decor that really makes you feel like you're in the game. The were challenging but fair, and they required a good mix of logic, teamwork, and creativity. The staff were friendly and gave just the right amount of guidance when needed. Overall, it was an exhilarating and one of the best I've ever done. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique adventure in Tenerife! Amazing but BE CAREFUL with the DISCOUNT!!! We’ve done FOUR here in Tenerife – I came with my girlfriend, her parents, and her brother – and while the themselves are amazing, we were VERY disappointed with how the discount system works (or doesn’t work). The first we came, we did Dragon’s Ring, and we loved it so much we came back the next day to do Harry Potter. Everything was perfect: the puzzles, the decoration, the staff – even gave us a 10% discount for coming back. 5/5 easily. A few months later, when we came back to Tenerife, we asked if we could use the 15% discount they promised us for doing a third room, but they said too much had passed. Fine – we still did the Sherlock Holmes and enjoyed it a lot. But THEN we booked the Horror Room, our 4th room, and did it at 9:30 PM. After we finished, we were told the 10% discount doesn’t apply at that time. NO ONE had told us that before – not in person, not online, not anywhere. We would’ve gladly booked at another if we had known. It felt very unfair and left a bad taste after such a good experience. So here’s my message to other customers: THE ARE – BUT ASK VERY CLEARLY ABOUT THE DISCOUNT BEFORE YOU BOOK. They won’t apply it unless it’s in some hidden range that they don’t even tell you about! Disappointed with the lack of transparency, but still giving 5/5 for the themselves. The quality is excellent – just be prepared to fight for any deal you were promised. Had a doing the bank robber with my 10 year old son. Managed to complete it with a couple hints that we was kicking ourselves that we missed. As mentioned the flat fee makes it a bit pricey for 2 players but I knew that going in and it was not a suprise. Vlad was very helpful and a host. It was very immersive, interactive and gets you really thinking whilst staying fun. The staff are also really friendly and helpful and add to the immersive I have played many puzzle games on home entertainment systems. This was my first live with an Room. I had the same thrill of accomplishment as doors opened and drawers magically open when you complete a task. We took the whole hour and flew. There was no boredom of “simple” tasks. Ask for help and the will merely offer a suggestion..they want you to succeed but they won’t just give you the answer. We just came back to our hotel having spent an hour doing the Magic School/Harry Potter room. We had done about 3-4 in the UK so our family are familiar with them, but we were blown away by the quality of the set/rooms and the puzzles. Whilst my husband and kids are all avid HP fans and are up to date with all the books and movies, it's been some years (decades) since I watched them so I'm a bit rusty on the topic, but I was still able to link up some of the puzzle clues for our team. We were stuck a few times and did need help and Elie our did give us a few nudges so we were able to finish a little bit behind the hour. If you are debating on whether to do it - just do it! We did the ‘’magic room” and it was very fun as a Harry Potter fan! When we were stuck at some point, the employee helped us immediately with tips. When we are on Tenerife again for vacation, we will come back for another room! A really fun room, very creatively put together! We tried this facility in 2024 first in Magic school. We really liked it! We love Harry Potter and the were amazing! This year we went back and tried the Nightmare room. To be honest we really enjoyed it, but also I was terrifed at some points of the game. It was very good! Me and my partner have played all here and swear that in terms of functionality and enjoyment they are the best we have ever played in. They all have fascinating mechanisms we have not seen by other businesses before and the are designed in a logical order. If you are fans or any of the series the are based on, some of the features and implementations here are amazing. It is a bit pricey for smaller groups but I would still pay the money as it is well worth it. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Sherlock was well themed with a good selection of puzzles.
