Great from beinging to end. Very friendly staff with good knowledge of the Island. You get to see a totally different side to Tenerife and have some fun on the off road section. The food and drink at the end of the safari is a really nice touch. Very Disappointing Experience!!! Avoid This Tour!!! We were meant to be collected at 3:15pm for our excursion. When the transfer didn’t arrive, we contacted the company and were told the driver was stuck in traffic and would be with us in the next 10 minutes. We had to keep calling and were given the same response each time. The driver didn’t actually arrive until 4:00pm, which already put us well behind schedule. When we finally arrived at the garage, we were sat down for another 20 minutes with no explanation of what was happening. Eventually, we were told that one of the buggies was broken and they were trying to repair it. Time was ticking, as we were supposed to be watching the sunset at 6:15pm, yet we were still sitting in the garage waiting for the repair until 5:45pm. In the end, we decided to cancel the altogether. Even then, we were told we had to wait another hour for a driver to take us back to our hotel. There was no clear communication throughout and not a single apology offered. This was extremely disappointing, especially as we had booked our whole holiday around this experience. Instead, we spent half a day sitting in a noisy garage with impact guns going off in the background. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. experience! Enjoy every minute of it. It was fantastic and would deffo recommend to anyone visiting Tenerife. Me and my partner had the best time!! Zoe and Matthew x Buggy Tour, pick up from our hotel was very easy. Arrived to a warm welcome, very very nice guy doing the tour, saw some incredible sites and had opportunities to stop for photos a couple of times. The staff had also prepared us drinks and food for when we got back. Such a 10/10 and would definitely recommend doing it. Definitely wear/ bring long trousers & jumpers as it does get VERY cold as you go up (they do warn you about this) they do have jackets and trousers for you to borrow if not :) Fantastic trip, it was way better than we ever thought when booking it! The guide was fantastic and informative and answered all our questions. The scenery and views were and the buggies were really fun to drive! Most of the 3 hours is spent on mountain roads with views, about 25 mins was off-road which was the perfect amount of time as any more would’ve been quite difficult. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel about 40 mins away which meant all in all it was extremely good value. The drinks and nibbles at the end were a really nice touch as well! Can’t fault the day, definitely worth doing the 10am slot as it means it doesn’t eat up your whole day! They took lots of photos of you in the buggy which we decided to purchase for €25 at the end as they were really nice. Xavier and Eric were hosts and great guides, we went and saw some views, different parts of the island and different climates within such a small space! Crazy! what an an experience! The Buggies were such a vibe! to drive off road, trough dusty rocky routes, feeling the the four and two wheel drive of a buggy was great! Xavier and Eric knew exactly where to take us and how to escort us the correct way! What a experience! Highly recommended! We took the 10am on the last day of our holiday, off roading and sight seeing throughout the north and south of Tenerife was amazing! Will definitely take the afternoon next time! Worth every penny 🙏 AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! What a disaster from start to finish. We booked the 3 hour sunset buggy tour, and were told the transfer would pick us up from our hotel 2.30pm, with our trip due to start at 3.30pm. Our transfer did not arrive until 3.40pm. I made contact with the excursion company that we booked through, who informed us that the driver was stuck in traffic. We then picked up another 2 couples on the way to the mountains. It was after 4pm when we arrived at the location. We were all sat inside the makeshift garage for 20 mins, with no one telling us anything. There were noises of impact guns and jamming brakes etc , it would nearly deafen you. Then one of the workers told us he was a buggy short because the last group had broken one. At this stage, we had missed half of our excursion and all the worker would do was offer us a trip on another day which didn’t suit any of the group. On top of all that , the transfer driver didn’t pick us up again until 6.40pm, we spent the whole afternoon in the garage !!! We had planned our whole trip around this , which is NOT cheap, to be met with excuses, unprofessionalism, and downright rudeness. It has really put a dampener on our trip. Please book with a different company, even if it works out a bit more expensive, because you probably won’t even get to go on a with this crowd. Also, to note, the is only 2.5 hours, because they give you cheap sangria and snacks for the last half an hour.
