Great lighting solutions - including natural lighting coming in from outside through the many large windows. Green plants in the foyer. Well tasting hot chocolate. Clean everywhere. Love this for lap swim! Big enough to not feel too busy even at the busiest times of the day. My review is on a training perspective: I went in the middle of the afternoon, on a week day, it has about 3 swimmers per lane, most slow swimmers, even in the dedicated fast lane. Good water temperature for strong drills, also, they have two digital clocks, sync'd on each side of the pool, which is fantastic. Facilities for shower, and changing are the best in Switzerland I'd say. The is located right behind the bus stop. Very well maintained with lots of lockers and changing facilities in place however for the first timers it's an absolute nightmare to navigate around the place. It's a perfect maze in there and it took me several strides up and down different locker rooms to know exactly where I was. FYI they have the most bizarre rule that if u are not getting into the water you still have to wear a bathing suit or something sporty to be near the water. Nice and not crowded during the week when I tried around 12 to 1 pm There are diving platforms up to 10 meters. The hall is so large that it can get chilly when walking around, but once you're swimming, the water temperature is pleasant. The deep (5m) allows for diving at a safe distance from the platforms. Great and facilities. The only annoying thing is that in the evenings with the team taking up half the there isn’t much space for lap and people don’t know how to organize themselves accurately by speed. It can get a bit congested and no so fun to swim. Big 50m pool, where you're most likely to find enough space to squeeze a swim. Lanes for public are divided by styles more than by speed (except the "tempo" one), but it works. Mostly booked out by clubs in the evenings. staff is often unfriendly and sometimes enforces the rules sometimes doesn't depends it's a connection thing. and its strange cos schedule that its displayed when things are free or reserved in some cases are not true and random... which leads to confusion... and they do nothing to inform the others. also instructors and trainees are very entitled and have no regard for others. Very big with 8 50 meter lanes, a 25 baby pool, Olympic diving and a Turnhalle. Recommended for swimmers who go often as it’s not so expensive compared to the other pools. Opens early and closes late. Very fun 😁😜 Excellent big indoor - can get busy, especially at the before and after work rushes (around 7am and around 6pm), but there’s usually plenty of space to swim. Not as busy as the other big indoor in Zurich (Hallenbad City). Mega nice Sprunganlage aber die Bademeister sind unter aller Sau. Sehr schönes und professionell geführtes Bad für Schwimmer:innen, Springer:innen aber auch für einen schönen Ausflug mit der Familie. It is a great facility when you want to get your workout in. It is one of the few cities when I am traveling that I look forward to because of the facility. A full 50m with 8 lanes. It can get a little busy even at 6am but if you pick the right lane that matches your speed, it is quite enjoyable. If you are planning to use the facility multiple times, I recommend getting their multi pass (they speak EN) to ease entries in the morning. The locker and shower facilities are decent and if you plan to use the locker with valuables, you need 0.50 CHF to lock your personal items. I did not lock it and it was fine. Recommend it and I can't wait to get back in soon. Great facility overall! The only thing missing is any swimsuit dryer. A centrifugal one would be a cheap and helpful upgrade.
