The ringtailmakis are walking around freely (2) goats, pigs, horses, guinea pigs, donkeys, Emu, Dromadar, chickens, raccoons, Two tiny species of monkeys. And different types of parrots, owls and squirrels You can touch allmost all of them and it looks like they are use to it. The look healthy. At the entrance you can buy unsalted Popcorn you can feed the animals. Also you can buy coins here for a trainride and horsbackriding. There are enough (free) parkingplaces. There is NO restaurant (such a shame) so bring your own food. Only two Selecta machines. A for the little ones and plenty of places to picknick. If you do not like a setup that is a bit… how can i say…. Self build?…. This is not for you. But I grew up with places that were self building the area. All in all, for the price that is asked, the distance you travel and what you get this place is an undisputed undiscovered treasure that we will definitely visit again in the future. It is not well maintained, most have very little space and it is overall quite dirty. Two staff members were smoking in the middle of the alley next to the camels which was very unpleasant. On the plus side though, kids can feed the and there is a nice playground. A very interactive zoo! My little girl enjoyed feeding the goats, alpaca & donkeys. Sad that the train wasn't working when we were there, but other than that it was great. The is also convenient with the benches to sit.
