My 4 year old and I loved it here. Him and his best friend loved the trampoline games the most as they loved to compete with one another. A little on the pricey side but I would say it’s worth it just to have the kids exert some energy. The staff here are also very friendly. Amazing place we had a hostess she was so good she even spoke Spanish her name was Sonia. The place is so much fun. You need to be ready to sweat. I loved it!! And my kids even more. My kids were delighted with wide range of trampoline. The times flies and usually 1 hour is not enough. It is clean, well signed, spectactors area is ok and you can keep an eye on older kids without buying ticket for yourself. The price CHF 26 per hour is too high. But definitely it is worth visiting this place. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Lockers are big enough and you dont need a coin to use it. First thing to note, this is NOT a soft play zone, or a trampolino style soft play. It’s an athletics and physical educational park. With that in mind, it’s fantastic that they allow adult carers / parent’s in for free when there is an under 7 year old. Essential for their safety, so charging these adults would be a step too far in my opinion. Kudos to Flip Lab for noticing this. It’s a facility to have fun in, but also for learning. Teaching and talking to the children about how they can move round safely on the equipment, challenge themselves physically, and improve their health and well being through exercise is key. Coupled with an insane level of fun and adrenaline 😆 Watch out for times, we were there 15:00 for 90 mins session, and it was VERY busy. Several large groups of teenagers booked in. Mostly well organized with instructors, but still made it very busy. After 16:00 it quietened enormously. Instructors are available, there’s a picnic area upstairs, and a few cafes in the mall it’s in. Apparently the ninja warriors train here - I couldn’t do any of their training things 😂 I receive a voucher in the Maratona Zürich that my daughter have run in the new years evening . So we went to check out . It’s really huge good for small and big people also . I think adults also gonna have a lot of fun . I ultra recommend my daughter love it and of course I took the chance to also have fun The place is good but there should be a little more control with some adults, some ignore the children and seem to be in the troop making an obstacle course carrying children ahead. DON’T RECOMMEND! My friend and I visited your trampoline center and quickly realized that two hours was too much. We asked an employee if we could jump for one hour and exchange the second hour for something else, like a refund or a gift card. He said we could get a gift card. At the front desk, the staff smiled in an unfriendly way and spoke to us as if we should already know that no refund or exchange was possible. They said we were old enough to decide our time before paying. Their attitude was rude, and they gave different answers. They also treated us like we were less important, including because of our accent. At the end, a woman with blond hair in a bun threw flyers at us and said in a loud voice, “Look, you knew what you were choosing.” The experience was very unpleasant, and we had to stay for the full two hours. Because of the staff’s attitude, we do not recommend this place to anyone. They only care about selling tickets, not about customers.
