Loved everything especially the outside which shows just how much was invested. Two small issues (didn't bother us too much) : the evening we arrived there was 1 man in charge with everything : accommodation, restaurant orders, clearing tables etc. Perhaps one extra staff didn't show up to work? It happens. And number two, one of the food dishes we ordered (ciorba radauteana) was either old or seriously bad. But a good impression overall. CATASTROPHIC !!! No hospitality whatsoever, we walked in to the reception area an asked if they have a terrace or smoking area that they can serve to which the server replied that she is the only person there and she can't bring the food out to the terrace(2m away). Having received such a terrible welcome I started browsing reviews here on google and found that there are plenty of 5 star reviews (which I consider fake, take a look for yourselves) and countless bad reviews. I asked the server why they have such bad reviews to which she replied "do you want to eat?" We walked out and drove to Pensiunea Edera, which is more than welcoming and better rated. Would not recommend! very nice staff. Always with a smile on their face. Very good food. Gorgeous area. We had a problem with one of the rooms and not having another double room, they gave us an apartment.
