Good for overnight stay. Only a few designated motorhome bays, so can be tight in normal parking bays, particularly if people do not park sensibly. There is a baguette vending machine for 1€ which is good bread as we used it in the morning. I think their is some confusion between this sosta and the camper club fiorano Modenese for site next door. This is a lovely place for motorhomes to park overnight free of charge. It is a fenced of area in large car park near cemetery on edge of town. When you arrive ring the phone number displayed for entry and exit code. 8 large bays and 8 small ones most with an overhang. Electricity is for and a few terminals scattered along the parking. The service point is before the entry under an open shed, so you dont require code for access to it. The water, toilet empty and drive over drain are charged at 1 euro each and in cash. Their is grass area behind parking with picnic benches, bbq and small children play area. It is not too noisy considering near a main road and saturday night was noisier from camping club bar/event. All shops, bars, supermarket and cafes withing walking distance. Great free Aire with electric within walking distance of town, supermarkets and shops Perfect local stop, automatic wake-up alarm that sounds like Ferraris and Lamborghinis in the distance. 🙃 Thank you to the locals. Camper service available. Very basic but gold of you're looking for a cheap place to stay. There's free camping with access to water (paid) and camping with access to electricity (paid). Don't expect glamour and more of a place to stay for the night if you're on the way through. Perfect “free” camping spot for overnight stay — we stayed two nights in our motorhome.
