We originally thought it was closed. It looks abandoned. Then you go to the cafe and wait for a group to start. The Savas is simply amazing. He makes the come to life A lovely experience, especially if you with young kids. It is easy to walk around the as it has a mainly flat concrete corridor with few steps. It has beautiful stalactites and stalagmites and some historical significance too. The tours start every hour from 9.30 and last approximately 45 minutes. The earliest you visit, the more likely it is, you get a private tour. Friendly and informative guides. Sometimes you go somewhere and you aren't sure what to expect.. here this surprised us in a gold way.. first of all they offer tour.. around an hour it will take you.. big enough with very interesting things to see ... And very interesting things to hear from the guide.. we really enjoyed every second with spend to this cave. We will definitely come back again during spring time when it will have more water inside the cave. Hidden gem in Arcadia! Stunning natural formations, fascinating history and an overall magical atmosphere. But what truly made our special was our guide: kind, incredibly knowledgeable and so passionate about her work. She didn’t just share facts she brought the cave’s history to life with the way she spoke. A big bravo to the entire team, it’s clear they love what they do. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it, it’s absolutely worth the visit! This was a last minute decision to and I can’t imagine not going! This is a breathtaking with beautiful written all over it. Our guide, Panagoula was so very nice and sweet it made this so much more enjoyable and special. We were lucky to be in a private just the two of us with Panagoula and she explained everything to us in so much detail. The lasted about 50 minutes and by the time it was over, I wanted to go through it again! I can’t believe we have such beautiful sights outside the bigger cities and I couldn’t suggest this place enough! It is indeed in top 10 caves in Greece, so you understand the beauty. Pictures do not do its justice I promise you! The ticket is 6€ per person and the tours are every one hour (9:30,10:30,11:30 etc). A MUST VISIT! Thank you Panagoula for the beautiful and for making it so fun! 20,000,000 years old that keeps one of the most magnificent sculptures of Mother Nature! I can't thank enough Christina Liadi, the Guide, who showed us everything with such excitement and thrill on every step we made with her inside and outside the Cave! We will definitely revisit as we couldn't get enough of this remarkable place! I highly recommend it to all ages! 🌺⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the most things ive seen in Greece. The was entertaining in both Greek and english. Paved and well lit. I took my family and they loved it. Would go back a third time. Loved the through this spectacular cave, felt like I got to the heart of Arcadia. The guide, Savas, is just so passionate and talented that you are going to love it too. They are opened only during the first half of the day and they organize tours every half hour. The last one is at 14,30. I am not posting more photos because the live is completely worth it. The ticket is not much, only 6 euros. Our Pat was great!! So knowledge and a great personality. Passionate about caves and nature. Great and worth the trip! We had a really good time exploring the with our guide. It was an English with 11 people, which lasted more than 1 hr. Tours apparently start every hour, always at half past, it costs 6€ and is totally worth it. The was very entertaining and had much to tell about the and different formations you can find if you use your imagination. We can definitely recommend a trip here! Kapsia was an place to in the countryside of Greece. Although the was visited by dozens of Greek students, they still managed to add some extra tourists to the student groups. Such a good service! And even though the presentation was in Greek which I absolutely don't understand, the and the atmosphere was astonishing! I would give this place seven stars of five! A weekend trip highlight at Arcadia. The is amazing, don't miss out! Big thanks goes to our lovely for this one of a kind story telling. Thank you Konstantina! Never seen something that spectacular before in my life. Ask for Savvas if u want to an and unforgettable tour! Thank u Savvas! Well worth a visit, lots of different formations that can only been seen here This was an unplanned stop on our way through Peloponnesus, and we are very delighted we actually did it. The walkable area is on the smaller side comparing to other systems in Greece but still very impressive. The broader complex is huge apparently. You can see different chronologies and eras come to life through the geological findings. I have to admit though, the highlight was our guide. Savas was magnificent, and made sure everything comes to life. He went out of his way to engage with our young kids, and made the whole very memorable. Well done team, keep up the great work! Feeling lucky and speechless after the deep knowledge of our group's guide. An that will make the nerdiest side of your heart smile. A big thank you to Savas!
